Gave me quotes for taking my vehicle in or them coming to my residence. Included a military discount. Quotes included tax so I knew upfront the total cost. I chose to take my vehicle to them. They had the windshield I needed in stock. Said it would be about an hour but they were finished in 30-40 minutes. read more

I cannot recommend Windshield Express. First off they did not tell me that they do not calibrate safety equipment that is attached to the windshield until after they had completed the replacement. There are plenty of windshield shops that that is part of their service. Now I have to make another appointment at the dealer to have that done. Had I known I would have had the work done at a shop that would do it all. Secondly NO MASKS. They took no precautions to protect their customers. read more

Even after a major hail storm, Mike had our windshield glass on hand and installed in less than 24 hours. Our vehicle required reprogramming of the computer after the install, it was completed without any issues. Don't know if we just got lucky, but we were finished in just over an hour. read more

Quick and perfect! Excellent service and good conversation. I even asked for a darkened band across the top, and they had it, no problem. I am a bit protective with my recommendations; however, I highly recommend Windshields Express. read more

We consistently take our cars to Windshields Express. Although I don't love the cigarette smell in the building, they do a really conscientious job of chip repair and glass replacement. Plus, I do love supporting companies with strong moral values. I highly recommend Windshields Express. read more

Windshields Express - New windshield on my Tacoma! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Colorado Springs, Colorado

I'm a veteran, and my wife and I live in Colorado Springs. I hear Bruce Buckman on the radio all the time, and he sounds like a patriotic American business owner. I determined long ago that if I ever needed some windshield work, I would try Windshields Express. Yesterday, we got home from a long trip, and a rock chip in our windshield quickly turned into a large crack. We needed a replacement, so I called, and they were very helpful, walking me through all the info I would need to gather to make this a smooth process with the insurance company. Bruce even gave me the correct number to call at Allstate. Long and the short of it, a few hours later, I had a couple of technicians AT MY HOUSE with the correct windshield replacement in hand. The guys were courteous and efficient. A half hour later, our car was good as new. I would recommend Windshields Express in Colorado Springs to anyone. Great job, guys! read more

I was given Windshields Express as a referral and happy to pass along to you. I got a rock chip that immediately started cracking across my windshield. I was going on vacation and needed a quick replacement. I called and they got me in that day for the replacement. Everyone was helpful and professional and they cared about what I had going on. Several weeks later I got a fairly large chip and their chip repair warranty saved me $ on having to have my brand new windshield repaired. read more

If you are looking to get your windshield replaced and this is the lowest priced company, do yourself a favor and double the price because if you have a warranty issue with this company, you will not be covered. I got one day out of my new windshield, only one day. When he looked at, of course it had to be a rock chip that cracked it. The crack was located at the bottom of the windshield at dead center. This has all the markings of a stress crack from a faulty install Beware and do not trust this company to stand behind their work Dan M. read more

The hail storm of 7/28/2016 really did a number on my windshield and car. I wanted Windshield's Express to install my new windshield. They did my windshield before on this same car and did such a great job that I wanted them to do this hail damaged one too. There were other windshield replacement companies coming out to my neighborhood last week and this week but I wanted to wait and get it replaced by Windshield' Express. I trust them. read more

Top notch help! The recent hail stormed ruined my sisters windshield. Sadly the worst part of the experience was not the broken windshield itself but the price gouging of having it repaired, the rude owners of other local places and long wait times to have it done. But Wednesday evening we contacted Windshield Express they so so courteous and helpful!! Great prices!! Quick turnaround and the most amazing staff. Pam was especially helpful and informative. This is now my go to place and any and all windshield needs!! read more

Great service as usual! They did their best to get me in, in a very busy time for them (severe hail storm) got it done quickly at a fair price. My truck is the third vehicle we've had done here, and each time has been a pleasant experience. read more

I'm very very disappointed in two things; 1) $100 in cash was taken from my car during the 2 hours it was in the shop. While I have no proof, this is emergency money I keep in the car, I check it regularly and it was missing after this visit. Needless to say Mr. Buckman was completely discounting of this call and in no way even attempted to correct the issue. A simple refund of that money would have been MUCH less expensive than the ratings he will suffer in social media. A rule all good businessmen understand. 2) I came to this location because of Mr. Buckman's radio ads. He seemed to be a very patriotic gentleman and I wanted to support his business. Unlike Safelite and many others who offer mobile service to save customers time, I was Strongly Discouraged from this because of Their Convenience. Clearly they are not set up for mobile service. I tried to engage Mr. Buckman and make a friend, but the man had NO time for me at all. He did nothing but sit in his office on the computer while a customer was in, and while his service man was in the back room unsupervised. He was stern unfriendly and seemed to completely not care that I drove to his location to spend $260 for his services. I'll never be back, opting instead, for one of the better known services that are concerned with MY convenience. read more

I can't say enough good things about Windshield Express. My windshield developed a leak about a year after they installed.. it ultimately came down to them removing and re-installing the windsheild. All work was done under their warranty and cost me nothing.. Windshield Express honored their warranty, went above and beyond to make things right and never argued who''s issue it was. Nice to find a company that operates that way today. read more

Needed a new wind shield replacement (not because of hail damage) my wife called in to make and appointment and was told by a lady that because of the recent hail damage in Colorado Springs they were not making appointments and everything was first come first serve, that they opened at 7 Am and they would be able to get to the vehicles as they could so it would be best to drop off the car and have someone pick me up and take me home. My wife said she understood and explained that I work nights amd that we only had one car so that option wouldn't be possible, but said that we would come drop it off in the morning and wait till our car was done no problem. Today I arrived at 8:45 am and was told it shouldnt take long before my car is done because there was only a couple cars ahead of me. So I went to wait at a coffee shop, a couple hours went by so I'll called around 11 and was told it would actually take till 3, because several other cars showed up after me and since I didn't wait there they put my vehicle off, and fixed the others first. So apparently you have to Physically wait there or they won't do it. So I explained that I was not happy with what happened and the lady said "well I'll offer you $20 off it that will make you happy" I said not really I have been here for several hours, so she said "well you should have told me you were waiting here and not left"." Bit at least you are getting "the warranty on your windshield" " All in all terrible time management, horribly rude staff, a waste of several hours. read more
