It is extremely poorly operated. I had to take my 2019 Cherokee in three times to get the windshield replaced. The first time they did not have the right part. The second time because they did not have the right part or installer to calibrate the windshield with the rain sensor. The third time, they installed it, but told us to have the Jeep dealer calibrate it, at an additional cost! Plus, they seem to not have mastered their credit card machine. Hopefully the installation was done competently. I have not had problems with their installs in the past. I don't normally give scathing reviews, but this place has earned it. Note that they are now going by the business name of Colorado Windshields Centers. They also no longer offer free rock chip repairs.
