I cannot compliment this place enough. My husband and I both got chips in our windshields (a van and a truck) on our roadtrip and they were able to take care of us same day, immediately upon our arrival, and as quickly as possible so that we could be back on our way. They were also very reasonable with their cost. Another place I called was going to charge $60 PER repair. Precise Auto Glass charged $65 for the first chip and $10 for each subsequent chip. I lost a window on our 5th wheel somewhere in Texas. It took the bent frame to two places to repair and/or replace glass and frame. Both places kept the frame for a couple weeks and did nothing to repair my window . I called Precise Auto glass. Mark was great at repairing the frame and replacing the glass--he used lexan instead of glass. I installed the window in my rv. It looks great. Chose Precise Auto Glass based on a recommendation from Elite Auto Salon and am so glad I did. I called Safelite to compare prices and wasn't impressed with their prices (about $40 more than Precise) or their service (my call went to an impersonal call center.) But with Precise, on the other hand, I was able to speak to the owner, Mark, each time I called, and he made me feel like a valued client in every way. Upon arrival at the shop, I was pleasantly surprised to find the most comfortable and inviting waiting area I've ever seen in any type of auto repair shop. I felt like I was in a friend's living room--everything was clean, the floor was carpeted, I had a living room-style chair (complete with a foot stool!) to sit in and a Keurig with assorted coffees for me to choose from. Both Mark and his wife were extremely personable and friendly, my service was fast and professional, and I couldn't be happier with my car's new windshield. I've been to this place twice and both times I thought my windshield was making noise (two different vehicles) and it turned out to be something minor, nothing to do with the glass after all. Both times, the owner, Mark, spent at least an hour trying to find the problem and even adjusted things that had nothing to do with the windshield, but needed it. He also drove with me both times so he could hear the noise. That in itself may not be unusual, but he didn't charge me for any of it, I actually felt guilty leaving without paying him. He and his wife at the front desk are nice people, but what impressed me most was his thoroughness and desire to find the problem, even after it was obvious it wasn't a glass issue. He went above and beyond. If I ever do have a glass issue or need a new windshield, I would trust him to do it. read more

I cant say enough great things about this company. They got me a great price and an appointment the following day right away in the morning. The price they quoted me at was almost 200 dollars less than the Subaru dealership to replace my quarter window. I'm nothing but extremely satisfied with Precise Auto Glass as far as their work and customer service. I had to get my windshield replaced as it had multiple cracks in it, and it was time to finally get a new one. I had initially sent them a quote request via their website over the weekend, and they called me back on Monday to explain how much it would cost, but it would also vary if I was going through insurance. Once I got things in order with my insurance company, I called them back to set up an appointment, and they gave me a time quote for when I could drive away. My appointment with them was first thing Monday morning, and they were happy to see me, treated me as if they had known me for some time, and even remembered my name. They told me that it'd be an hour and forty minutes to install and set, and that I was free to stay and use their wifi if I wanted, or they could drop me off at one of the nearby restaurants for breakfast. I cannot recommend these guys enough, because they know how to treat customers, and get the job done. read more

They did a great job however I think one of their techs either broke a clip or a tab on my cowl or didn't put it back on properly and now my windshield rattles. Confirmed they did break my cowl piece by the driver side..I wish they owned up to it now i have to replace it out of my pocket.. read more

I agree completely with the previous reviewer. I was referred by Black and White Auto Body. Great price, and fast, personal service. My car was burglarized, with two windows broken, on a day that I was leaving on a trip. They had the windows replaced, the broken glass vacuumed out, and the car ready to go in just a couple hours. 300 bucks, which I thought was pretty good for service that quick. I hope I don't HAVE to used them again, but I would unhesitatingly do so. Highly recommended. read more

My experience with Precise Auto Glass was so pleasant! This was the first time I've had to replace my windshield and I had a lot of questions re: insurance. Sondra and I spoke over the phone multiple times before I came in and she was always extremely helpful and patient with me. When I got there, she offered to drive me to a nearby restaurant for a coffee so I wouldn't have to walk in the cold. Also, their dog Mya hangs out in the office and is a sweetheart so if you're a dog lover like me, that's just an added bonus :) Overall, the service was exceptional.
