He was out the same day I called to inquire about their work, and schedule. This made me very happy because from the start AJ's glass was very responsive, kind and courteous. We were selling the house, and we had a two week deadline to when the buyer wanted to do another walkthrough to see all the new windows. After taking measurements Logan said the solex/clear glass would take two weeks to get in. After a week I inquired with AJ what the delivery of the glass looked like. He was hard at work trying to find other vendors that had the glass that matched the rest of the glass in our house because he knew of our deadline. They ended up getting the glass just shy of two weeks, and they had it cut and ready to go within 2 days. On the third day they were over at the house installing the new glass, and they had the job done in 1 hour! WOW!! This family owned business deserves so much business because they really take a serious focus on the customer, and I felt like a priority the entire time. The company that replaced our roof did such a good job, and I was recommended AJs glass through them! When the job was done Logan sent pictures, and the job was done very professionally. AJ'a glass will not sacrifice on job quality, and their pricing is very competitive compared to all the other glass companies I researched. I think I looked at 6 other glass vendors before contacting AJs glass. Thank you again for an easy transaction, exceptional customer service, professional glass installation, and great pricing!

Each time my calls went to a generic voicemail box that gave a recording saying I could not leave a message because the mailbox was FULL. I checked Google, Yelp and the web and confirmed that I was calling the businesses number. I finally got someone to answer the phone. He said he was unaware that his voice mail was full, pretty sad if you are one of those customers who left a message. He gave me his cell number to text him pictures of what I needed done. My job was replace one window assembly on a house, replace all glass on five exterior residential doors and install a mirror on a bathroom wall. He replied the next day with a reasonable cost for the mirror install. Nothing on the other work. I waited a week and sent a follow up text asking him to let me know if he was interested in the additional work. No reply. I pissed away two weeks thinking a reputable glass company was in the process of getting back to me. Having a phone system where your voice mail is full means lots of folks never got a reply. Communicating and dropping the ball leaving a potential customer hanging combined with the initial phone experience speaks more than words about the management team of this company. I made sure my Realtor knew that the vendor she was recommending was making her look bad. She will no longer recommend this business and she called a builder who initially gave her this companies info. She informed the builder about the experience. The builder said he was getting the same info from several of his clients. He is now using a different glass company.

Later that evening, I received a call saying that my appointment wasn't confirmed via text, so it was never booked. I explained that I never received a text, and Jeff admitted he had sent it to the wrong number. Despite acknowledging his mistake, he said the earliest he could reschedule me was a week later. While it was frustrating, I agreed to reschedule. When his team came to provide a quote, they quoted me $375. I mentioned I had a $50 off coupon from their website, so I expected the total to be $325. Jeff informed me that all discounts were already included in the $375 price. I asked why they advertise a $50 off coupon if they don't honor it, and his explanation was that the coupon was for same-day cleanings only. His crew had already mentioned that 99% of their jobs are same-day cleanings, so I questioned why they advertise a coupon that would apply to almost no one. Instead of addressing my concern, Jeff responded in a condescending manner and continuously blamed me for misunderstanding. My issue is simple: they don't honor what they advertise and treat customers poorly when legitimate concerns are raised. If you can't provide a real discount, remove the coupon from your website, and treat customers with respect. I would not recommend this business.
