He gave us a price and a timeline for how long it would take to get the glass as it was a special order. And as promised after he received the glass the very next week he installed it for us. It turned out absolutely beautiful! We are so very happy with the job that Tony did in our home. Even though this was probably a relatively small job for Tony, it meant the world to us. He treated us like we were his very best customer. Beach glass and mirror will be our go to for any glass or mirror needs in the future.

A-Rite provided us with a new sliding shower door for our master bath remodel. The people we worked…read morewith were friendly and responsive. The price was good and the door came about when they said it would. Upon inspection of the new door, we asked that a modification be made to the door stop on the header as well as pointing out some minor scratches on the header. A-Rite agreed to completely replace the header and make the modification at no charge. Most other companies would not have been so accommodating. The only reason we did not give them a 5 star rating was because of one service team that came to correct this issue and install the new header. The original installation team was competent, quick and clean. The second service team not only could not remove a screw needed to make the repair, but said the screw could not be removed without drilling it out. After working at the repair for 2 hours, they said they could not fix the issue, reassembled the door and left. They said the problem was caused by an improper initial installation. We contacted A-Rite about this situation and scheduled another service call. This time the original team came back and made the repair in about 20 minutes. They even noticed a scratch on one of the handles and ordered a replacement. A-Rite stood behind their product and service. We are now very happy with the final outcome.

I have a home that is under construction in Palmetto, FL and I had a unique request to build a…read moredisplay case in the wall of my den that would be complete with glass shelving and sliding, lockable glass doors. This is a large case, but the job didn't seem too difficult for me, a relative novice, because I have one in my current home to display sports memorabilia items I've been collecting for 45 years. My builder was very confident that their glass company, Dynasty Glass & Mirror out of Palmetto could handle the job easily. We set up a meeting with Dynasty and right away I got an uncomfortable feeling as the owner's daughter showed up with a tech and I was not impressed with her at all- first, she proceeded to chomp very loudly on her gum while talking to me and that go old really quickly, and then she seemed to think the job was going to be very difficult. Finally, she told me there was no way I could do sliding doors because they would be too big, so she actually wanted me put either doors that I lift up (these doors would be 6' tall and 35" wide and I'm supposed to hold them up while adding items? Then her tech (he had some sense) suggested cabinet style doors, which I didn't like but they convinced me the job couldn't be done any other way. I reminded them these doors needed to lock and that seemed to cause a stir as well, and then the owner's daughter started showing me the hardware that she thought would work and it was all so big and clunky that I was totally discouraged and told my builder I wanted to talk to other glass companies before proceeding because I just felt like Dynasty didn't understand my needs and they weren't working too hard to find a solution. I got the name of Fox Mirror & Glass from another vendor and I called to make an appointment and was told they were booking a month out, so I decided to wait. The day before my appointment, someone from Fox called to tell me they would be there around 10 am. At 9:45, Ricky, the owner of this family owned business showed up. Within 3 minutes I just KNEW that Ricky got what I was looking to do. We were talking about the project and he was just sketching and within 5 minutes he showed me a drawing and said "Is this what you're looking for?"- and it was 100% exactly what I imagined. I asked him if it was going to be difficult and he just laughed and said "Not at all" and when I mentioned that my builder's preferred glass company really struggled with the concept, he just chuckled and said "I'm guessing it was Dynasty" and I didn't ask why he knew that because I immediately started worrying about the shower doors Dynasty was doing in my house. When I mentioned I needed the doors to lock, Ricky just said "No problem at all" and he described the lock he was thinking of and it was exactly what I envisioned. Ricky left and said he needed a day or so to get me pricing and the next day I got the pricing- and it was super reasonable. I immediately was onboard and couldn't wait to see the project completed. Two weeks (!!) later the project was complete and all the shelves and doors were installed and it turned out fantastic! I cannot recommend Fox Mirror & Glass enough. This family owned business has been around for 40+ years and Ricky grew up in it, working for his father and grandfather and boy, do they know what they are doing. They manufacture everything in their own shop, unlike most glass shops. Epilogue: My builder was so impressed by Fox that they are now using them too! This is great news for their customers. Thank you, Ricky and team at Fox, you all did an amazing job.
