Windows are…read moreexpensive no matter where you go and we price shopped many many businesses and found The Glass Shop had fair prices and good reviews. Unfortunately we couldn't afford to replace all the windows in our house all at once so we had to place 3 separate orders to finally get all the windows changed out (6-8 windows at a time). Each delivery experience was great. The windows are taking longer and longer to get made but that's a supply issue, not a Glass Shop issue. The installation crews have all been knowledgeable and friendly. Today they took extra time to protect my house and carpet from potential breaking glass as our old window was stubborn and brittle and wasn't coming out without a fight. Instead of just letting the window shatter and doing a quick vacuum job in the end, the guys took their time taking the window out piece by piece and doing their best to prevent glass shards. The guy on the outside was meticulous with the caulking and taped off the window and Fred, the guy on the inside of the house was a pro at caulking and leveling. The windows look amazing and they paid attention to detail. When they cleaned the newly installed window they were the first to notice and report to me a flaw in the window from the manufacturer. Without any hassle at all, Fred said he would get a new window made and they would take care of it all. After our first install, there was a window that needed adjusting and The Glass Shop was easy to get in touch with and they sent someone out right away to adjust the window. We have loved their customer service, attention to detail and great employees. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
