I had a difficult time opening one of the documents on my computer so she helped me change the doc so I could read it, she even printed it out for me and had it delivered before the end of the day. The 2nd project went some what okay. The particular crew assigned to the project was a bit sloppy and lack knowledge . Both projects encountered additional repairs. After spending over $120,000 for roofing and getting abandoned from Lightening, I am not happy with the outcome. Nobody should ever have to experience, the situation I encountered and have to pay $$$ out of pocket for work which was guaranteed .

What a big loss of money for this complex here. Every roof leaked, and they are not fixing the one that was just installed last. Jose will make promises, then ignore your messages.
