They told us who to expect to show up during the work day (inspectors, materials delivery and additional crew). The office staff was fantastic Leticia bent over backwards to be sure that we received the documents on time with complete accuracy. I had a difficult time opening one of the documents on my computer so she helped me change the doc so I could read it, she even printed it out for me and had it delivered before the end of the day. This company does quality work, explains procedures and covered the warranty on the roof,. The price was very reasonable and a professional installation. A well oiled machine that works very well. They never made efforts to remedy the matter. They offer a 5 year guarantee but it is useless as they never took care of the repairs. The 2nd project went some what okay. The particular crew assigned to the project was a bit sloppy and lack knowledge . Both projects encountered additional repairs. After spending over $120,000 for roofing and getting abandoned from Lightening, I am not happy with the outcome. Nobody should ever have to experience, the situation I encountered and have to pay $$$ out of pocket for work which was guaranteed .
