Stopped in here, about 5 mins off the M27, parked around the back (they've got a car park) and found what I needed in 5 minutes. Five made to order, collected the same day (they've got a workshop on premise, seem pretty busy), nice quality finish. I'm back for another 2 this weekend. There's still a large Betty Boop figure in the window, apart from that I don't recognise anything from the other review at all.

I've ordered french door from them when been doing my extension,the door wasnt closing correctly as…read morebeen touching bottom frame,called them straight away Owner told me that nothing to worry about,just need to be adjusted, they will pop in some time to adjust. They came discovered that its been fitted wrong,so they take the whole door out and refitted again,it was a bit easy as my floor and plastering hasn't been done yet. the problem came back and I call them again .I've been told the same thing its just adjustment,as the plastic gets warm,been told that they too busy,but they will come and they didn't . In few weeks time I organised plastering and floors done as all the rest been done, just door need to be adjusted(told by them) now after couple of months they finally came after all my calls, and visits to their office, and again discovered that they fitted twisted,and the door a bit twisted as well, so they just made a bit better and told me that I need to contact with the boss to arrange rest of the repairs. When I called to the boss he told me that his not interested and hang up the phone, now they refusing to do anything.

I was incredibly disappointed with the very poor quality of work delivered by this company and only…read morepaid the bill under duress after threats of backdated late payment interest charges of 26% APR even after making it very clear at every stage of our interaction both verbally and in writing that I wasn't happy with their work. This made a mockery of their initial sales pitch where they told me that they don't take deposits as they are happy to stand by the quality of their work & payment would only be made once I was happy with their installation. Internally the finish was shoddy with movement between the top of 4 bedroom windows & the wall. Quality Windows were only interested in trying to fix the problem superficially either by gluing the outside of the windows to the soffit (which didn't work) or applying internal trims even though we had agreed, and it was stated in the contract, not to have trims. They refused to carry out the required fixes or to improve the very poor quality finish and only offered to come back at some point in the future once all other work in the house had been completed. I won't have this company back in my house & have had to pay other traders to complete the work that they were unable or unwilling to do.
