Lance had absolutely no problem. He completely removed all the sliding windows to clean them and the tracks properly, which I didn't even realize was possible. He went out of his way to point out the serial numbers and any issues he noticed so that I could contact the manufacturer. My windows are now sparkling and gorgeous! Often times they forget to show up to work. Either they forgot the appointment or shows up tardy with a lot of excuses. They have poor work ethic. Only does the mowing and not the weeding the last time they were here, they left the work undone and still charging me extra for the work that was not completed. I am very disappointed with the services I received. I don't want them to come back, not again.
