They came, only here a few hours, replaced a shingle, did an incomplete job on the area of siding needing repair, and left. I expected them to return but they ghosted me. All attempts at contacting them failed. I called the numbers of their representative - the person I had dealt with who appeared to be the supervisor - no return calls. Calls to main business number were futile. Never could reach a live person. Discovered that the owner was "hidden". I have since learned that businesses who 'hide' the owner do so for a reason. I made the mistake of partially paying before work was completed. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, although that does not get the work done. What work they did do was incomplete and not at all what was promised. It was not satisfactory to my Insurance company. The Insurance company said that they (Kevin at United) sent one picture from the front of the house that showed their sign, their truck, and that one shingle had been replaced. The insurance company said that the truck and the sign were very pretty, but they actually needed proof that the work was done. Rip off to put it mildly.

We received a call stating that the dog has been found and I could pick her up at a nearby gas station. When I showed up 2 men were loving on Stella. These guys were solid men.
