We had a wonderful experience with our move thanks to Kalik and Glenn!…read more We moved into a second-floor, three-bedroom apartment during the peak July heat and needed affordable help. As teachers who don't get paid over the summer, we were on a tight budget, and Autokraftes gave us a very fair quote. They were responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with from the very beginning. Kalik and Glenn were outstanding. They were hardworking, professional, personable, and treated all of our belongings with great care. Despite the heat and endless trips up the stairs, they never complained and kept positive attitudes the entire time. Like most moves, ours took longer than expected. They were incredibly patient, never made us feel rushed, and didn't charge us extra for the additional time, which we appreciated more than they know. If you're looking for honest, dependable movers who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend Autokraftes--especially Kalik and Glenn. They made a stressful day so much easier!

At the end of 2024, Lata came out and gave a bid, started working. I paid in full at that time because I am a good person and wanted to show good faith. After the first day of work, he never returned. He gave numerous excuses and kept giving promises of returning but that never happened. Our last communication was that he would give me a check for a refund of the amount I paid, postdated for the end of March saying that if he did not finish the job then I could cash the check. As suspected, he did not show and THE CHECK IS NOT ANY GOOD. Lata, thank you for wasting over a year of my time with your pathetic excuses, and leaving my yard in an unsightly, neglected, eyesore.
