Same owner has consignment shop in same building. Went in three weeks ago have bedroom set, entertainment piece, dinning set all nice stuff. Was told yes we take that looks nice. Told pick up on Thursdays would be three weeks and was told they will call day before to confirm and set time. Weekend before I was close by and stopped in his employee whom I asked about the next Thursday pickup and to confirm I was on it and she said yes they will call day before to confirm time. Well no confirmation call this AM his other employee tells me he replaced my pick up spot with someone else. David Owner I guess finally calls me back and is extremely rude no apology just excuses then he starts yelling I wouldn't take your stuff. Believe me I would not have given to him anyway before last conversation. Worst Buisness person in the world tell everyone you know to run the other way far far away. Awesome service! Highly recommend. Called and got an appt for measurements and choosing my white electric shade. It was ready for install a week later, but my window replacements got pushed back so we waited another week. Showed up on time every time. Friendly and patient. I'm months behind in posting this review! Dave did an amazing job - my husband & I were so happy that we found Window Elegance on Yelp. We contacted Dave about doing blinds on a double sliding glass door & two windows. He came out the very next day & showed us many samples & discussed all the different options to achieve various looks. We decided on classic vertical blinds but things got hectic with our kids & I had to leave for an appointment. Dave was very kind, patient & helpful. He came back a few days later with samples so we could decide on the color. Once the blinds were ordered & arrived his installers did an outstanding job. They were so fast & efficient & we really love that they were able to install the blinds in one seamless piece across the 12 foot double sliders. We love the look of the split in the middle to open. Incredible job! And Dave even personalized them for us since my husband & I are both left handed, the draw string is mounted on the left. We are so happy to have found Dave. Worst customer service I've ever Experienced. Great while you're Buying window coverings but When you have a problem like I did then no return calls no interest In helping. They had my broken Blinds for almost a month told me Parts no longer available! I went online And in 5 minutes found the parts and Had them shipped in 2 days. Went to Shop picked them up and did the repairs my Self and had them back up in 3 days total From the time I ordered parts. No interest after the sale. Will never use again!!! read more
