I informed them that i already attempted a diy fill/fix, and the tech said it would be no problem. They attempted to fill it twice and failed. The original small chip is now bigger and discolored due to their attempts to fix. I brought it in with the windshield smooth and chip filled, i left with a bigger chip and a hole/divit in the windshield. I got not a single warning that they would have issues filling it, if i did i wouldnt have proceeded. I did not have to pay, but now my windshield is worse off. After multiple calls back and forth and waiting weeks i finally spoke to the owner who was the only one authorized to help.. He told me there was nothing they could do but give a discount on a full replacement, which i dont want and wouldnt trust them doing. Additionally the business, specificallt the front desk and manager ladies, lacked basic customer service skills and weren't very professional.. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

A zero star from start to finish. I took my kitchen cabinet panels for glass install. When I…read morepicked them up they were stacked together in plastic wrap. After I removed the plastic wrap, and put the glass against the light, the frosted glass had scratch marks, finger print marks, the frost layer on a panel was not complete and clear silicone was visible on the face of the glass panel. I sent them the pictures and they said to return the panels for correction. I picked up the panels and 2 of them had scratches on the glass. After a verbal disagreement, the manager accussed me of doing the damage on transport and I should have inspected the glass before leaving on the 1st pick up. Why did you wrapp them up if its your practice to show the customer the finished product? Clearly you didnt show me the 1st time. You showed me after I picked the panels up the 2nd time and accussed me of scratching the glass. For the consumer: this company was unnacountable and blamed me instead highly unethical and substandard. See for yourself Dont be fooled by the high reviews on Yelp.

The service stayed the same once he came over along with the other 2 gentlemen who helped fixed our glass. Mike came super quickly!! Which we needed, since our glass door has been broken all night long and we had to sleep with the door open all night. They finished the job super quickly and efficiently by helping us clean the fallen glass in the kitchen and backyard. Overall him and his team were excellent and did above and beyond!!
