Thus, I started my journey of multiple quotes. Matt came out to the house and looked at all the windows to generate a quote. He spoke to me about the importance of buying windows rated for your region and the general difference between different types. The next day he and Micah were at my house again to do the measurement. They both were so helpful and informative. I even had a last minute slew of questions that Matt happily and patiently answered for me. When the windows arrived a few months later, they reached out immediately to schedule and gave me a primer on how things would go on the day of install. Everything went per plan and looked better than I could have even imagined. I am so grateful to this team! Long story short, go with Louisville Window Company - their price, communication, and workmanship simply cannot be beat. And, before I forget, their warranty!!! I am so happy to have found them! My house is happy too! (I mean c'mon, it's basically smiling in the pictures!)

Adding to my original review and unfortunately our experience with Window World did not end well…read more After requesting part of our order (the standard screen doors) be installed, we waited months longer for our custom door. Throughout this entire process the door would show an ETA from the manufacturer. The date would come and go, then be pushed back another two weeks. Over and over. My husband made all the outreach to periodically check in and ask for updates, never Window World to proactively reach out to us with information. It's as if their manufacturer didn't care about them taking care of customers and they gave up too. We became a "problem customer". When we stated we wanted to cancel our order it was met with comments of "well, you'll have to start over with someone else". The discount offered to wait indefinitely was 15%, which was an insult. Finally we have settled up, getting back almost $1,000 from the 50% deposit we put down for our 4 doors. I'm happy to hand it over to another company. For standard, basic screen doors Window World has competitive prices and installation. For anything more customized, go elsewhere.
