After speaking to multiple companies and shopping around, these guys were everything we were looking for beginning to end. We had companies show up with high pressure salesman and only have one product to choose from. The window warehouse showed up with multiple brands and products. They educated us on what makes a window good and were very knowledgeable. They let us choose what we wanted based on our budget and preferences. They had the best pricing, as well. Other companies were offering less value and higher prices. The installation crew was very clean and very courteous. They worked like a well oiled machine and had our job done to perfection in what seemed like no time at all. We are absolutely 100% thrilled we made the right choice by hiring these guys. They did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. Best decision we could have made. I wished we had called them first and not wasted time with other companies. I am very pleased with my new windows. Not only are the windows well made but the installation process was terrific. I have a very old log cabin with crooked window frames. The crew was able to hang the windows perfectly straight but reframed as needed snd did a very good job of caulking and sealing. read more

We purchased a whole house full of windows in 2016. We started having moisture between the glass which will eventually will cause a foggy mess between the glass which can't been cleaned up. We were told these windows have a lifetime warranty and still nobody will help us with this problem. Also they "Window & Siding Warehouse" say they offer a "military discount" which no one even mentioned to us. My husband is a Vietnam Navy veteran! I have called, sent letters & pictures and still no reply. Next step will be legal action. We are very disappointed in this company. They made sure we put money down on the windows when we ordered and had to make sure we paid for them the day they were installed but no after the sale service! read more

Horrible Company! I would never use them again! They damaged my floor while taking a window out and are lying about it... Very ignorant men to deal with! My new door came with 2 dents the installers did not want to document that either, the owner Mick was rude and does not want to replace the damaged door!! I had a business come out to my house a couple days ago to do work. They left me like this thinking its okay. I mentioned about house wrap and because of the weather and they made no comment later that night it rained with thankfully no damage. When I asked about siding they said they don't do that. I was never informed what they were gonna do before they did it. Now im left feeling embarrassed and humiliated while my house looks like a dump. I talked to the owner the next day and he says we always do this. Funny I was never told that. Mind you they are a siding business as well . Its called A window and siding warehouse. read more

With COVID, there were understandable delays, due to suppliers unable to deliver product. Then one morning we got a call from Nate that they could come out that day. We had our entire house (10 windows) done in less than 6 hours. I work from home in the 3rd bedroom/office, and the guys timed it around my lunchbreak to install the window in that room. Nate, Nick, and a third installer were all professional, respectful, and when they were done, everything was so clean, you could never tell they were there (except looking through beautiful new windows!). HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! Cut a wire while installing my windows (I understand mistakes happen). However, the problems started after they "fixed" the wires. Shortly after installation I began having odd electrical issues in a different part of the house so I never related it to the window install. I called an electrician out and he opened up the wall where the wires were "fixed". Come to find out all they did was electrical tape my wires back together and shove them in my insulation and put on my dry wall. While screwing back on the dry wall they put a screw through the other wire that was still intact. The electrician explained to me that my wires are no longer considered up to code because it is illegal to do it the way these guys did. Not to mention a MAJOR fire hazard (this was in my 4 year old daughter's room). I have tried to call and talk to the owner who has done nothing but blow me off. He tried to tell me my electrical problems were not from what they did. I told them I wanted them to rectify this situation and he said "Well we are not electricians". Hmmm, why did they attempt to fix it in the first place. He made promises to call and speak with the electrician I hired, never did. He has never called me back to make this right either. I've been dealing with this for almost a year now. At this point it looks like I will be stuck footing the bill for this to be fixed correctly. Avoid this company at all costs, they don't care about their customers at all. read more
