We were moving or boat this weekend from Bay City to Lake Erie and we pulled into the marina to get fuel and unfortunately the fuel dock was closed for the day so we had to stay at the fuel dock over night . I had left a voicemail and she called back at just after 6 am the next morning and offered to bring us out coffee on her way out to fuel us . We received our fuel and our starboard engine would not fire . Lisa hoped into the marina van and ran us into town looking for starter flood ! We had 0 luck but i was able to purchase a small gas can and some fuel . Now mind you she took us to 2 gas stations and a Family Dollar ( Napa and the hardware were closed on Sunday) she even called her husband at home trying to get us some starting fluid ! After all that motor still would not start . Some how she found us a can of starting fluid ! Unfortunately the motor still didn't start . We made the decision to leave port on one motor and about an hour and half into the motor started and we were able to get into our slip safely that night ! Thank You Lisa for your amazing support to the Harbor customers!

We walked into a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom had two queen-size beds then off to the right was a living room with a big screen TV, a dining area and a small kitchen area that was fully furnished with dishes, coffee pot and everything you needed for an amazing weekend. On the table was a welcome gift from the owners, which was a pleasant surprise. They have a small gift shop which was where we got to meet some of the workers. They were such Pleasant people! We told them we were there for a girls weekend - and really had no plans. They gave us recommendations for places to go and things to see. They even introduced us to one of the charter boat captains, Captain Dan, who let us girls take pictures on his boat pretending like we were out fishing! This is something our husbands had been talking about doing for years and never did - so we wanted to tease them - and Captain Dan played along with our shenanigans - and laughed about it as much as we did! Outside they offered a community fire pit - and made sure there was plenty of firewood for us girls to enjoy a wonderful evening fire overlooking Lake Huron! As usual, our weekend went way too fast and we all agreed, that we were already looking forward to coming back next year! Thank You for an Amazing weekend!!

They were all lovely. The host, Barb, was delightful. She was so welcoming and kind. The breakfast she prepared the next morning was absolutely delicious. Even though you cannot book directly through the website, it was easy to contact Barb via email and reserve our room. She was really responsive and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Inn the Garden.
