Unfortunately, this dog has previously attacked my dog, and the female owner is no longer seen walking it--it's just roaming freely. This situation is becoming unsafe, especially for kids walking to school and other residents out with their pets. Something needs to be done before someone gets hurt. My renters insurance reached out to them to show them the proof and they didn't even respond to them! So now I have $260 debt going to collections because they want to be greedy! Unfortunately, I have not received a response. The property manager takes forever to address complaints and lacks a sense of urgency and care for residents. I went without AC for 10 days before it was fixed. Recently, contractors were doing renovations on the property and placed rocks/stones around the area. Later that day, I found my car's back window shattered. Despite reporting this on July 31, 2024, I have yet to receive a response after being told an investigation is needed. The best they could offer was for me to call my insurance and request a rental car did they offer to pay no!!!!!!! The management of this property has declined and does not compare to Greystar. I will be reporting this to the BBB. JUST TO MAKE YOU AWARE ITS NOW 8.20.24 AND AS PROMISSED BELOW I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A FOLLOW UP

I have been a resident for almost two years. The first year was decent. On more than one occasion I have reached out to the office to obtain a copy of my lease that I never received a reply to. 2. I put in several work orders that never received attention. I have not asked for much over the two years. I asked them to caulk my tub after normal wear and tear and got no reply. I also had an incident where water damage in the unit above mine flooded my bedroom closet. They place everything on my bed and proceeded to take more than a month to repair the damages. 3. There was a shooting on site that occurred recently. It happened just one building over from where my unit is located. I genuinely fear for my safety living here and am happy that I only have a couple of months left. I do not feel comfortable having myself or my children (when they visit) taking out the trash because the shooting happened extremely close to where the dumpster is located. My children were there that morning. 4. The neighbors have been repeatedly loud and banging on doors at all hours of the night and some times during the day. My son told me that he was terrified that someone was going to come and bang on our door due to the arguments and commotion happening outside of our unit. I really loved the old staff, but the new staff is so dismissive and act as if a shooting on the property is no big deal and nothing to be alarmed about. I beg to differ.

It started with initial start of the renovations, which was a nightmare in itself. First the water always being shut off, and it's still going on to this day. The water always has filth in it. This is water that people are bathing in, brushing their teeth, and cooking with! It's been almost 6 months of the same issue, and we are being told that there is nothing maintenance can do about it because it's a pipe issue. I've attached photos of the stuff that comes out EVERY DAY. I've had to use cheese cloth to filter it out. THIS IS A SAFETY & HEALTH HAZARD! I will admit that the apartment is doing a great job fixing the physical looks of the apartment, but it's the internal things that need a serious upgrade. I hope this gets fixed soon and no one gets sick. Especially children, because then it'll be a serious lawsuit issue.
