The problems started 12/2/21 when I first notified him of selling my vehicle so I could get a refund. 3 emails, 2 voice mails and 1 phone call that he answered apologizing for the delay due to the office relocating later and no refund! He even sent an email on 12/13/21 stating the cancellation was submitted. It wasn't until 3/3/22 when I called 1-800-Farmers that I was informed the insurance was never cancelled. I had even referred him to a friend who bought policies prior to this occurring. Hopefully, this will never happen to anyone else again!
