When I ordered the Bacon, Egg and Cheese and on biscuit, the multitudes were stunned. It was pretty darn good, too! Wisdom took over and I only refilled the coffee. For a cost. Complaint: As legendary as Tim's coffee is, I've always disagreed with their no free refill policy. At least on a basic cup of coffee. I was in the area for a meeting with 30 people so wanted to grab coffee, donuts and bagels. I tried…read moreto call the night before, Thursday night as they were still open to make sure they could make a couple boxes of coffee ahead of time. So I did not have to wait. I did not receive an answer so just stopped in Friday morning. They opened at 7 AM, however, the doors were still locked. I could see an employee sitting in the drive-through area in the store eating but the door was still locked. It was not opened until 7:07 AM. I ordered three dozen assorted donuts and bagels and ask if they had enough coffee for a box. They said yes, however, 15 minutes later after they brew it I got my coffee. Evidently they did not understand my question if they had enough coffee. Donuts and bagels were good And the coffee was so full when I opened it it squirted out onto the floor in my meeting room. Food is good. Service not so much.
