I called a handful of different companies to provide us a quote on screening in our patio. A couple of them wouldn't call back, and the others would only tell me the materials that they would use and how they would install it. Any sort of customizing outside of what they normally do increased the cost dramatically. When I called Apple Enclosure and explained what we wanted, she told me that the owner would like to schedule an appointment to come out free of charge and look at the project with me so we can discuss all of our options. When Toby arrived, he was very interested in helping us customize the project to achieve what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all of the different options including materials available, different types of screened enclosures and the costs associated with all of them. Once we came up with the idea he told me that he would have a quote to me in the next couple days. The very next morning, he emailed me a detailed quote with everything that we discussed and it was customized to our taste AND cheaper than his competitors! When his crew arrived to start the project, we were surprised at how professional and clean they were. The first day they came in and framed up almost the whole patio and had everything ready to go for the next day when they arrived. The next morning they got right after it and finished it up shortly after lunch. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the cleanliness of the install team. They went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that every piece of metal and dust was picked up and swept before they left. The fit, finish and look of their completed work is absolutely astonishing! I'm glad we trusted Toby and his team and will only look to them in the future when needing an enclosure of any type!

They broke the stalks off of multiple potted plants, they trampled my wildflower garden, and they crushed my other flowers. I have spent so much time and effort building my gardens and they've been destroyed. The workers also broke one of my flower pots (and tried to hide it), shattered one of my garden statues, and left dirt all in the pool. They also left trash and roof debris everywhere. I've been finding wrappers, shingles, and nails all over. Not only is that nasty, but I have dogs that run around in the backyard, I can't have nails out there. While I'm happy they are compensating me for what was trashed, I still can't just go get those flowers back. I had grown them from seed and they were just starting to bloom. Very, very disappointed with how careless and unprofessional the workers are.

Our original shower was still in good condition but we wanted a change. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. However, while visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product, the installation process, the cost, warranty, etc. A few days later a company representative, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble would make . From beginning to end everyone we interacted with did a phenomenal job! They provided us with exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a very reasonable price.
