DO. NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had them do a home inspection for me including thermal imaging of the walls and they failed to detect a full blown mice infestation throughout the entire house. I would not have bought the home if I knew the extent of the damage. The entire house had to be gutted. I know that I cannot sue these guys, but I can let the world know how bad of service they provided. I will never use this company again. read more

The booking process along with the inspector being on time was great! Upon the end of the inspection, our realtor did a walkthrough with the inspector. Our realtor found and pointed out several issues that the inspector didn't catch. For example, our realtor found leaking water from the dishwasher, several nails that had punctured the stucco from the inside out causing large "blowout" holes in the stucco. Since we have moved in we found several more items that were missed or looked over that should have been caught in a thorough inspection. Our front door is able to be opened by just pulling on the knob, wind blows it open if the deadbolt isn't locked so we had to pay to have the trim taken off the door and have the jam shimmed, the master tub does not have hot water, the drain under the master sink is not plumber correctly so the plunger that shuts to hold water in the sink is not functional and is facing the wrong direction, a chunk of the foundation has been broke off, we have bare electrical wires in our utility room that we have no idea if they are live or what they go to.They did find some issues, however I am worried about what else I am going to find due to their lack of detail on my inspection. The missed items have caused me to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars that I was not planning on spending that I would have had the seller pay prior to closing. Will not use again! read more

Four year ago, Neil inspected my first home in Sandy and missed a couple of things. I had to spend five hundred dollars on tree trimming because home owners insurance said it was a danger. We have had numerous SIGNIFICANT problems with our home that should have been caught during our home inspection but were not mentioned to us or noted in our inspection report. From an insane odor that was noticeable THE DAY WE MOVED IN due to plumbing venting incorrectly installed to hot & cold water valves reversed in the master shower & reversed in the main floor bathroom sink to HVAC DUCTS NOT EVEN CONNECTED IN OUR MASTER BATHROOM & CLOSET AREA... we literally have vents that are just for show so a portion of our over million dollar house doesn't even have HEAT OR AIR!!! Also we have been told by now 3 hvac contractors that our furnace installation isn't even up to code... our ductwork is faulty... and we have electrical issues that DO NOT MEET CODE! What is a home inspection for if not to catch ANY OF THESE ITEMS?! We are now looking at significant out of pocket expense for things that should have been disclosed to us.
