And the guinea pigs had no hidies which made us very sad and angry because they MUST have at least 1 they looked frightened due to the noise and surroundings so they really needed somewhere to hide and feel safe. Owners are friendly perhaps they need a bit more knowledge of these animals they are selling.

The shop carrys a full range of top brand products at very competitive prices and Ben the manager has been know to throw a little discount in when purchasing multiple items.They will also order anything you need if they havent got it in stock..All in all its everything I need,for my pets needs. Our 4th dog Champers became ill whilst we were on holiday and Anne took her to the vets where she was operated on and looked after her until we returned. We are now on our 6th dog Max and would not use any other kennels. We live in Hatfield Peverel and whilst on holiday in Cyprus we met another couple who take their dog to Cranfield Kennels and they lived in Dagenham! Superb service and lovely people. We wouldn't leave our dogs anywhere else.

Compared to other pet shops I have recently visited I found the items to be very reasonably priced particularly the food. The items I have taken home have been very good quality. They have a large amount of stock in a fairly small shop and caters for a huge variety of pets. There are also animals on sale in the store, which on my last visit included fish, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. Whilst I like to buy my animals from breeders, I am more than happy to frequent this shop for the other necessary items and will be visiting again in the near future.
