In the last month I have spent in the excess of £700 on birds and cages in this store, and I have never had a pleasant experience from the lady behind the counter, now one off the hand tame birds I purchased recently, has died over night, all the birds I have purchased from there have had rings but this one did not, which makes me question how old the bird actually was. When I took the bird into explain what had happened I was told the bird must have had a cold and because it did not happen within the first week of having him, I would not receive any refund or even offer a replacement bird. I will not be going back to this store, as they are only interested in profit and not the welfare of the animals. I have two very distraught children now. read more
