The initial on boarding was never fully consummated in a timely manner as promised, so we exited any binding contracts back in November via email and phone calls with two Superior Representatives, both in customer on-boarding and billing. We do not currently and did not have any active propane delivery services with Superior at the time we received a notice of automatic withdrawal in our checking account by Superior. After several phone calls/emails, we still have not been credited this amount as of 2 months later. Noticeably dysfunctional, our first Superior invoice was a credit, and subsequently they turned it into an amount owed. When I called to inquire, they said "we had to do that to show a negative balance..." They have promised us an EFT last week, but we have not seen it yet. This Superior mistake caused us to run over budget in our busiest month of the year.

I like that when I fill my car up, once a week, I can get a little something back from this gas station. In the form of a $1.something coupon for Sobeys. No it's not much, but it's better than nothing! This station is regularly busy, but never so busy you are more than a car behind. Pay at the pump, so i never really go inside! And located conveniently next to my local Sobeys, so i can reap the benefits immediately.

It does get quite crowded at times because the parking lot in which it is situated is awkwardly put together with confusing street signs that I could easily see leading to fender benders and the like. I generally prefer the Sobeys Fast Fuel off the Larry Uteck exit (off 102) because it is quieter, but when headed to Tantallon, or after groceries and in need of gas, I would definitely recommend this gas station is a good option

At 69.8 cents per liter, they beat the prices of Ultramar, Esso, Irving and Discount Fuels. The only unfortunate part is that you're not able to lock into prices with Cozy, so you have no protection against the possibility of fuel costs sky rocketing in the future.

Noticed my oil was gone today - on a wonderful minus 10 January day! - and called to inquire. I understand that mistakes happen, and I could have done something to catch the mistake sooner, but when I called I was offered no solution beyond waiting for a day without heat for a delivery. I was made to feel that the situation was completely my fault. I strongly recommend that you record calls from customers so that your employees can be held accountable.
