I called and the response was "we can get it in next Thursday", instead of "bring it down and we will look at it immediately." No interest in correcting the problem. No interest in trying to ensure their customer is satisfied by properly repairing the vehicle in a timely fashion. I was laughed at when I called to inform them my vehicle was not working after picking it up the day before. This place is a joke. Do not take your vehicle there. If you do, it will take five days to "get it fixed" if they can even do that.

I drove down from Toledo to see if there was anything they could do to help me out, and I was met with impeccable service, both personally and for the car. They ordered certified Audi parts for my car and put the same quality of work into this issue as a big dealership would. Not only did they do that, but because it was an issue on their part, they completely covered the cost of the repairs themselves, so this was a free job. This took no amount of pleading or asking and they were completely up front with me and so very kind to me. I am a medical student so I don't have much time to work within their working hours, but I was received both over the phone and in person with high quality service and empathy. Also, I had to wait for a friend to pick me up from the location since my car was unsafe to drive, and they kindly let me sit in the waiting room and shared their Wifi with me so I could study. I cannot express how much I recommend this place and I have never been met with such amazing and kind customer service. Their service is excellent and I have never been so impressed and appreciative of a company in this business before. **Update that just happened, the company said they have trucks between here and Toledo often, and they will try their best to get it back up there for me, so I don't need to make a 45 minute drive here again. The staff is truly apologetic and very genuine!!
