Advertise your show and times correctly. We drove 2 1/2 hours to see a Tina Turner show and that's not what we were given. On the plus side the theater is beautiful. Since moving to West Nashville, this AMC has become our go-to theater after we tested a few others in the area out, with little success might I add. We were spoiled with full service/dine-in theaters back in Atlanta and while this location does not have the food service, it is the closest we will get to the comforts of those theaters. What they lack in food service, they make up for in large, comfy, spacious reclining seats combined with high dividers between rows. While they do not have a full menu, they do have a few options such as pizzas, nachos, and a few other hot dishes in addition to the classics of popcorn and candy. They also have a bar, however during all of our visits whether it be day or night, I have never seen the bar staffed or open. Overall, this is a solid theater. Service is hit and miss at the food counter, and they always seem to have a few issues during previews whether it be sound going out or the lights not dimming appropriately...luckily neither has happened during the actual movie, so we let it slide. As long as we live in West Nashville, this AMC will be our movie spot!

Our story: Drove an hour to see a specific film, only to be told it was sold out--even though there was no mention on the website. When we asked if there was any flexibility (since there were clearly open spots and the film had already started), the staff was rude and unsympathetic. We also asked to switch sides for the second film and were told we'd have to pay another $30 for the whole group. I get having policies, but there's a better way to communicate them with kindness. We'd had a tough day already, but the cold reception made it worse. For future reference, please update your website when a movie sells out--it saves everyone frustration. Also, why does it matter which film we watch if we're paying for two? If switching films is against policy, just explain it kindly. We even tried parking in the back to watch the other movie, only to be rudely told to move. How were we supposed to know where to park when there's no clear signage? If I were running this, I'd handle it with empathy. Something like, 'I'm sorry, we're sold out, but here's an alternative option.' Basic kindness goes a long way, especially when people come to your venue to escape tough days. Finally, the concession line is consistently a mess. We waited an hour for popcorn last time and still missed part of our movie. This time, it took the entire intermission, plus 5 minutes of the film to get fries. Hire more staff or figure out a better system. They also charge to bring your own food and then interrupt the credits to spend several minutes advertising concessions, yet the lines are still slow even during intermission. The long radio reminder to buy snacks felt excessive. Please let us enjoy the credit scenes without interruption! We will buy food if the lines aren't so long. One idea for faster food service : at my hometown drive-in theater in Cali, they used a quick, self-serve setup--grab your nachos, hot dogs and started adding the condiments, while you wait in line to pay and ask for any popcorn, or drinks. You can start grabbing pre-ready snacks as you got through the line. It took 2 min or up to 10, on busy days. It's great to offer unique items like funnel cake, but they slow down service. Consider speeding up basics like popcorn and hot dogs, or at least let customers know certain items, like funnel cake, take longer while popcorn is ready right away. Please do better. You're one of the last drive-ins left--people count on you for a good experience.

It is in fact old. it is downtown on the main street in the old part of town. It still has a classy name like theaters had in the old days, complete with neon signage to that effect. For those of us of a certain age it's nostalgic, especially for those of us who grew up in a small town. Princeton has done a good job of preserving its bucolic small town charm, and the theater fits into that very well. I don't even live in Princeton, yet for me it's a taste of heaven when I can occasionally visit and walk the downtown and see a movie at the Capitol. And the refreshments are much more reasonably priced as compared to fancier theaters in bigger cities. I usually buy something even if I'm not that hungry, just to help support the theater. I'd never do that in some big-city multiplex! To be fair, there are some things that could stand improvement. The theater overall is in pretty good condition. But a few of the seats have seen their better days. I've always been pleased with the picture quality, but the sound needs some work. Some times it hasn't been as clear or as loud as I'd like it to be. Sometimes I've watched a movie and during quieter scenes I could overhear the sound of another movie that was having a loud scene ( and I tend to like movies that have many quiet scenes). But I can be patient until those flaws are remedied. That aren't many old theaters left nowadays, and especially in small towns. Princeton, you are fortunate to have this treasure. Support it.

They were there to do a jam session and it was a surprising highlight last year to find out they were one of the top drummers and guitar players in the world. I appreciate all kinds of music but did not know much about Korn. I was impressed by how different the Warrior Zone was from how it was in 2019. I loved the updates in their menu, bathroom, and their layout. The music and updates in The Warrior Zone was enjoyable. Parking was easy. Looking forward to seeing more music events here.
