Unfortunately, our other dog needed the same journey this morning. Both were over 16 years old. Dr. Smith is absolutely wonderful. Just like Dr. Nagel. Professional, caring, respectful etc... Making the decision to send you pet on their journey is extremely sad and difficult. Once you make that decision, you want someone who not only loves their own pets, but will give your pet the respect and love they deserve to go on their journey. Dr. Smith and her husband are amazing. I highly recommend them to help you in this situation that no one wants to deal with. She was so kind and loving to my dog and tried to even console me (a 57 year old grown man)... which I am sure wasn't easy!! Our pets are a huge part of our lives. They give us so much unconditional love, that even on the darkest days (like today) they teach us about the importance of time and appreciation. Thank you Dr. Smith for taking care of our "Wolfie." ... and my family!!!

That said, they did work with me and made things right, which I really appreciated. The front staff is amazing friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The vets are also wonderful and clearly care about the animals. Even the vet that looks like a character straight out of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland is good. He's maybe not the friendliest, but he gets the job done and he's alright too.
