He provided us with several options, even having one of his guys, Sawyer, spend 2 to 3 hours pulling a car out of one of their other locations (because it was buried in a sea of auction cars) for us to look at/ test drive. We negotiated a very fair price and he even offered to help with financing in house at a VERY fair interest rate, if we didn't have cash on hand. Never once was there any pressure from him to make a purchase or to choose one vehicle versus the other. He was open and honest about any cosmetic or mechanical issues that different cars might have. I've never met another used car salesman like him. We made a purchase and our very happy with the vehicle, the price, and the whole experience. He's even helping us source some tires for it. We got a little 2003 Suzuki hatchback!

I bought a 2007 Honda Accord for my daughter, we came from Roseburg and he made time for us to come up and buy the car. He allowed me to put a deposit down to save the car for us, which I really appreciated. He replaced the front tires, brakes and a few other things before we got to Corvallis. Also filled up the gas tank and got a new oil change. He was going to get the alignment done, but we didn't have time, so instead he gave me $50 cash to help get it done when we got back home. I do not have anything negative or any cons to say about Rave Auto Sales or Gabe. If I need to buy another used car, I know where I'll be going. Thanks Gabe!!

My 2025 highlander hybrid would not start when i was visiting Corvallis from Eugene. I had driven…read moreit just 3 hours earlier and it was fine. But it would not start, the lights did not work. Nothing. Dead. I called the Eugene dealer I had been taking the car to and asked to speak to a technician, hoping to get an idea of what was wrong. The woman who answered the service department phone told me that I could not speak with a technician and that i should have it towed in . It was still under warranty and soI i could call the toyota care hotline to. get that tow. I said so you want me to tow it into your shop 55 miles away? You will be closed by the time it gets there. She said that was all they could do for me. I called toyota care and they said they could get a tow truck out there in 1.5 hours which would be a little after five. The person on the phone said it could be the battery. They could send someone out to jump me (it would take the same 1.5 hours to get someone here) but if it was not the battery I would have to call back and they would have to send a different outfit for the tow. Exasperated and desperate, I called Corvallis toyota to see if I could get guidance about troubleshooting the problem. The person who answered the phone was named Ace. She said, "it sounds like you have a dead battery." My car is a hybrid and so I asked her about jumping a hybrid and how to do it etc. I explained that I was at my daughter's house taking care of grandchildren. She told me where the battery was and how to jump the car. I told her I had called Toyota Care and was told it would be 1.5 hours to get someone there. She said really that long, where are you? I gave her the address. She said just a minute let me talk to my boss. She got back on the phone and told me she would be there in ten minutes. Sure enough she was there in ten minutes and jumped the car. She said she wanted to make sure the battery was not defective and told me to drive the car for twenty minutes and then to bring it in so they could test it. I pointed out it would be five by then. She said they are open till 6 no problem they would fit me in. So I drove it around for 20 minutes, took it in to the Corvallis Toyota service bay. Griffin the service rep greeted me and called a tech for help. Wyatt the tech then brought out a battery tester and spent an out ten minutes checking the battery and determined it was healthy showing me the readings and explaining them. I thanked him and he left. Went over to pay and Griffin said no charge for any of it, not Ace driving to the house for the jump, nothing. Then, I got into the car to leave and noticed their was a message on the dash that said something was wrong and to contact the dealer. I got out of the car and went back into the service office and again told Griffin I had a problem. " No problem" he said "I can check the code. It might just need to be cleared and if there is a problem we can help." He called someone to bring some code reader device, went and read the code, reset the computer and said, " You are set to go." Once again I offered to pay. "No charge." was the response. "Have a good evening, I am glad we could help." I am nearly 70 years old. I remember garages where this kind of service was quite common but that was years and years and years ago. But here it was, just like the old days, a neighborhood business serving its local customers with kindness and generosity. From now on I will take my car to Corvallis Toyota for its regular maintenance and when I am ready to buy again, I will go there. The people care about their customers even though they did not know me and even though no money changed hands. Well done Toyota of Crovallis. Thank you ACE and Griffin and Wyatt and whoever the boss is who approved Ace going to help out a stranger. You have earned my business and my trust. Thank you.

Before coming in, I was told I was fully approved and reassured the process would be transparent and different from typical dealerships. Once I arrived, that approval immediately became conditional, with new requirements introduced that had never been mentioned beforehand. While I was there, financing terms changed multiple times, including the interest rate and the age of vehicles I could supposedly purchase. At the same time, vehicles that had been discussed in advance were suddenly described as unavailable, and I was pushed toward options I had already said I did not want. Throughout the visit, vehicles were presented only in terms of maximum monthly payments, while repeated requests for out-the-door pricing were declined. This made it impossible to verify pricing, compare options, or assess the deal independently. The common thread was a deliberate avoidance of fixed terms combined with escalating payment pressure. I ultimately left without signing because the process was misleading, coercive, and completely inconsistent with what had been represented before I arrived.

They gave me a version of them but it said there were no leaks and everything looked perfect. I let them know that the truck had a leak and if they were to fix the leak I would be interested in purchasing. Sales manager said the truck would be in the shop on the lift first thing Monday(this was Saturday). The truck was diagnosed Tuesday, one day late no big deal. They reached out to me Thursday and said they have decided they will fix it(I didn't know that was in question). They also were going to jack the price up. I said I would no longer be interested at the new price so they reverted back to the original price. Friday they said they sent it to ford and ford would be working on it that day or the following Monday. Tuesday they said it was fixed and was headed back to their lot. At this point the salesman ran my credit and I was approved for the loan. This is when he told me the truck is now on hold for me since the already put an inquiry on my credit. Right before I'm about to head to the dealership to get the truck they contact me and say the truck isn't actually done yet but I will be by Friday. Turns out the truck was done Thursday. I could not make it up there Thursday but I said I would try for Friday. Salesman is texting and calling me all day Friday while I'm at work(not typically on my phone) needing to know what time I will be there. At 2:30pm I tell him 4:45 or 5 as I get off at 3:30. An hour later the salesman says my colleague is selling it right now. After they already put a hard inquiry on my credit and told me it was on hold for me. They drug out the process for 2 weeks then sold it out from under me in 24 hours. Then they said "I can see if I can find another truck for you!" So I didn't get a truck and I will never attempt to buy from power Chevrolet Corvallis again.

About me: I drive a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer ACTIV AWD 1.3L Turbo with all the options. I am the first owner. I am also suing GM due to being sold a lemon. I suggest you do the same. It is shady/lazy stealerships like yours that are the worst part of the customer experience in getting my NEW car repaired. I paid $36,131.30 for a piece of trash. I am expecting a large settlement. VIN: KL79MSSL7PB009966 *** (In the photos I provided are service documents containing parts MSRP written in blue pen by "Power Corvallis", and then what they attempted to charge both my extend warranty, which they reasonably refused their pricing and labor hours. Leaving me with 900 - 1100$ out of pocket costs after extended warranty would pay) *** WHAT HAPPENED: They found out I had an extended warranty and they price gouged/overcharged me 50-250%+ MSRP for parts and inflated labor hours compared to all other dealers in OR and WA states. (See price quoted vs MSRP written in blue pen.) Aaron informed me I was unable to proceed with any service unless he checked the check engine light code for "an hour of service" @ 185.74$ even when I had checked the code for free at AutoZone. It did not take them 5 min to check the code and they charged me for 1 hour of service. I was supposed to have a refund of 85.74$ from Power Corvallis after deducting my deductible of 100$ from the 185.74$ I had paid. I was told I could take my vehicle to a more reputable shop by my warranty company, so I reluctantly did. They knew I had 14$ left and left me with a hole in my pocket after what they did. They knew they were stealing my money when they gave me a quote for over 900-1100$+ out of pocket costs mostly for labor AFTER my Extended warranty agreed to pay them fair MSRP... something they REFUSED to honor yet every other reputable Chevrolet dealership DID honor. After taking the vehicle to the MUCH MORE REPUTABLE "Dick Hannah Chevrolet" in Sandy, OR, who was able to provide me NEXT DAY SHIPPING ON PARTS that were on 30 - 45+ day national back order, AND offered to diagnose the vehicle a second time FOR FREE. Only charging me if there was a repair. They know I am extremely low income, stranded in another state 2000 miles away from my family out of money, and I do not get paid for another 4 weeks. Yet they still decided to rob me. They refused to price match to allow the extended warranty to cover MSRP. By the time I got to my appointment the next morning at a Chevrolet Dick Hannah, my check engine light had gone away, rendering me with a vehicle in need of repairs still but no way to get it verified due to them wasting my time. I am now unable to get my repairs covered as they need it to be on at Dick Hannah Chevrolet or any dealership. All they did was steal my 185.74$, for plugging in a code scanner for a few seconds and price gouge to the point I was unable and still unable to get this repair fixed due to having my time and fixed income wasted. I drove 2000 miles from Minnesota and I will have to drive back later with this same issue due to them without a repair in sight. You left me with according to you Power Corvallis and associates, a 2200$ repair with no remediation in sight and an additional 185.74$ I NEED TO FIX THIS CAR. I HAVE 14$ LEFT AND NO GAS AFTER DRIVING AND TRUSTING YOU TO FIX WHAT YOU REFUSED TO AT A MSRP LIKE A NORMAL DEALERSHIP. SHAME ON YOU!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR BUSINESS OR TIME OF DAY! GO ELSEWHERE!!! SUE GM!!!
