They were rude and unprofessional with my husband when he spoke to someone on the phone numerous…read moretimes and had such an ugly attitude and expected you not to defend yourself and just keep quiet. The assistants there seem to hate their jobs and shouldn't be there if that's the case. Then they asked for information of proof to show he was a parent to get some information in regard to his daughter and played stupid. They don't follow their own school policies but want the parent's involved, make that make sense lol! Instead of giving information since he is on the birth certificate but expect you to still go out of your way to provide the same damn information again in person that was already sent through and email and fail to give you a school a teacher name or even a damn emergency card. Instead, they say it's a civil matter when it comes to getting information because the other parent refuses to share which has nothing to do with the other parent. It's just a dad reaching out personally to know how his daughter's education and attendance is doing and which school she attends to be able to be involved with her school. I understand there may be a protocol, but it was followed, and instructions were followed which they give you the damn run around which is a damn joke. If we end up having to go, there in person they will not like the outcome because like I said information was already given and they want to get snippy in a damn email. I will be calling to ask for their boss and get things handled and make sure they don't work in a damn office again.
