My a/c was not cooling properly. I called the company (not Wilson) that installed the unit. The technician informed me that I was a couple of pounds low on Freon ($400+). He strongly suggested I let him put in some Freon dye to find out if it was leaking ($250). He also encouraged me to purchase the maintenance plan for continued care. I opted for just the Freon and sent the expert from the company who "serve aire" on his way. He said I would likely be calling him again soon. The additional Freon did nothing. A friend recommended Wilson Heating and Air so I gave them a call. Ken Wilson came out that same day and had my unit running like new in under one hour. He found that one of the emergency heat strips in my furnace was stuck in the "on" position. That could cause a house fire. His bill was $138.
