Facility procedure is to allow patients to enter through the front, but exit through the rear so that clients waiting in the front lobby would not be disturbed by patience recovering from anesthesia. In the case of my sister, the back exit does not accommodate wheelchairs because there is no ramp. The office was not willing to make an exemption to let us exit through the front doors, but insisted we have two able-bodied people be present to assist her down the curb of the exterior. This created stress on my family before the procedure, but we made it work. With the above exception, we absolutely loved the service and friendliness of the staff and surgeon. They were successful in removing all 7 teeth and infected material without damage to her jaw or nerves. I also appreciated being able to fill the medication prescriptions while my sister was in surgery (approx 40 min), so we could leave straight for home when all was finished. The nurses allowed my sister ample time to recover from the anesthesia and review all after-care instructions with me THOROUGHLY.

I asked them why this wasn't in the original amount we owed to them and they said "they failed to write the procedure up correctly and insurance wouldn't cover it" I asked them to rewrite it up and submit to my insurance and they wouldn't do it. I do not think this was fair nor did they give me time to go to my insurance and dispute the late charge. I've spoken to two other families who have had issues with this office late billing them for hundreds of dollars. Save yourself from this and go elsewhere!

I am terrified of dentistry. The kindnesses shown by all the staff to me was simply incredible. The nurse for me never left my side. She held my hand at times without prompting which immediately reduced my anxiety level. During the surgery procedures themselves I was comfortable. No pain at all. When there was as an anomaly on the temporary denture the doctor and the Lab Man fixed it. Dr McIntire was patient and exacting to ensure the best result. What else,? my ride who was waiting for me heard a mother lambast the staff for not doing a dental procedure on her son, who was non compliant with pre-op instructions. My goodness, in the back while I was in recovery, the staff was professional and only spoke of the incident in a manner meant to allay future occurrences. No mention of the fact that this office was more concerned about the health of the mother's son than the mother herself. I had no idea that there was as a mom yelling at the staff in the reception area. So, bottom line here, if you want the best dental surgeon and staff around, don't dawdle to get your smile back like I did.

At this lication the price was right , but the product was not.. I scheduled a deep cleaning for my teeth. I have insurance. Only my upper teeth were cleaned ...and it took 30 minutes by the dentist herself When you're at the hands of a doctor you really don't know.. I returned , I had a toothache , and she was able to fit me in during my lunch hour.. Without an x ray she came in said my tooth was cracked and pulled it! Her assistant said was her truth cracked? I never got to see it Immediately her office personnel came in And said, let's fill out an application, so you can get an implant. It's only thirty three hundred dollars Scam

I started my braces back in March 2016 and believe I will have them off within the next few months. For your convenience, She has two locations, one on the north side and the other on S.W. 44th street. I've been to both as I started out as a patient off 63rd and Independence, but due to scheduling I've also gone to the Southside location. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited her Southside office and saw how beautiful the office was!!! All updated equipment, great service each and every time, not to mention her Dental Assistant Marlene is THE BOMB!!! She's extremely knowledgeable, very professional and friendly which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Her office Manager, Sandra, is always on top of everything from insurance to appointment scheduling. Did I mention they are Bilingual? Did I mention they are all AMAZING?? She is listed as a General Dentist, but is skilled in many areas...Orthodontics, periodontics, implants, cosmetics.. If you're looking for a team that will take care of you AND your smile, please give them a call.

I called to discuss this with the office staff, Morgan, then the office manager Michelle. They were incredibly rude and unwilling to waive the undisclosed fee. Michelle flat told me that they will be reporting him to the credit bureau if they don't get their money. Mind, my son has great insurance and had scheduled his surgery. They still charge $200 without X-rays. This was literally to explain the procedure and watch a 5 minute video. I would be fine with it if they had told us beforehand that there was a $200 charge. This business practice is predatory and unethical. I cannot believe how despicable they treat their patients. Clearly they only care about money.

The one fault in the experience: waiting a whole hour after the appointment time with no one telling us what was going on. As it turns out the patient before him took more time than expected But we were in the reception area with no office person or any staff informing us about why we're sitting there for an hour. I felt that was unreasonable.
