She passed away last week on November 10th after a serious, but brief illness. Mark was immediately responsive to our needs, guiding us with kindness and professionalism through the next steps after she passed. Mom's service at the church, and at the cemetery, profoundly exceeded my expectations. Her portrait with tribute were beautifully done, the presentation of floral wreath, urn, and US Flag were perfectly placed among other floral arrangements in front of the altar.
