You made the ceremony in Union Grove go smooth as silk, and we will definitely look at the lovely catalogs you sent to us. The church proceedings went very well also. There were lots of people sharing good memories of our father. Thank you again, and thank everyone who helped us at Prasser-Kleczka. You were all very professional, pleasant and easy to work with."

I used to think that loss was something easy. Something simple; cut and dry. Something you felt and…read moresort of just sat in for a while and then in some time you would be fine. Loss is such a weird thing. Early in life it is easy. It starts small. The loss of a favorite toy. A favorite pair of jeans or shoes. Maybe the loss of a favorite car. Even the loss of an early romantic flame seem so easy. Sometimes things that are lost can be found. Other times, the loss of things can be prevented all together. But still, mostly, loss is permanent. I think this is why when a loved one is lost to death it's the hardest thing to accept. On what has become one the hardest days of my life the image of my dad and his loving demeanor was not lost. I'd like to thank the staff at Prasser-Kleczka for all of your truly amazing work; through our Lord Father God Almighty you gave me the best gift I could've ever asked for after 2021 gave me the worst surprise of my life. The service was so beautiful and everything was just so perfect. It was such a peaceful and gentle way to celebrate and say goodbye to the wonderful man my father was. You gave me a truly great last memory of my dad. He looked so at peace that day. I truly cannot thank you all enough for giving myself and my family the most incredible-better-than-best-possible last day with this man who is so dearly loved and cherished and so terribly and sorely missed. May God Almighty bless and keep you and all your friends, families and loved ones all the days of your lives! Thank you, again!

John Rozga and his staff did a wonderful job with the funeral of my mother. Thank you to them!…read more They insured a seamless visitation and vigil service, as well as the processional and committal service following the funeral mass the next day. John was extremely professional in responding to all of our family's needs. When we unexpectedly needed more easels for photo boards, his staff was quick to respond. Similarly, they helped convert a PowerPoint slide show to mp4 in order to make it compatible with their system (make sure ahead of time that you work with them to synchronize your systems). John did a great job as a third-party intermediary where the church was very unresponsive. He did his best to prepare a service respectful of my mother. Rozga Funeral Home also provided some nice touches like transporting flowers to the cemetery. At the very end of the committal proceedings, Rozga provided a large sturdy bag enclosing the registry, tributes, memorial cards and thank you cards. They laminated several memorial cards as mementos for the family along with a laminated copy of my mother's obituary. A very nice and unexpected touch. Also, John's timing was impeccable throughout the proceedings. He chose just the right moments to address housekeeping issues. John and his staff even called our luncheon facility to update them with an accurate count of people for the luncheon. (Thanks to the people at Carl's Banquet Hall for a nice lunch. And thanks to Gerron Morris at Forest Home Cemetery for a great job, as well!) Rozga's website provided a nice tribute and commentary section. There is a helpful link where people can buy flowers and then the family is notified. John was helpful in putting together a nice obituary on their site, and he handled publishing the obituary in the paper, as well. However, I would caution everyone about publishing an obituary in a well known Milwaukee newspaper. It was extremely expensive and the amount was not expected until after we had committed to its publication. (In hindsight, we would not have chosen to publish the obituary in the paper as we did. What a waste. Please make sure that you ask how much the obituary will be ahead of time.) At any rate, Rozga Funeral Home provided great service for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Rozga Funeral Home to anyone in need of their services. They'll do a great job for you!
