The woman that waited on me said that it would take 2 weeks. But I wasn't going to get it back until July when they reopen again after a 1-week break. So, on July 10th I went to pick up my ring. The girl that waited on me gave me my ring and I put it on. But it didn't fit. I told her that it fit before it was fixed and I asked what happened? I told her that the day I dropped if off I asked the woman who took my ring about sizing my figure to make sure she had the right size and she told me that no need to because she would just pinch it and tap back together. I couldn't even get the ring over my knuckle. So, I asked what it cost to get the ring sized and she said $221.00. I asked does that include the $75 for fixing the ring and she said no. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that and that it was their mistake that they didn't size my ring to make sure it was put back to the right size. I will never shop there again. The anniversary ring was given to me by my husband after 35 years of marriage. Now I can't even wear because Eric's Diamonds ruined it.

This being said, when I was getting engaged and then planning a wedding, I utilized Kathleen's research and wedding lists many times over. This is what lead me to ordering a guest book for the wedding from Guestbook Store.Com. The plain old sign your name when you enter the event seemed boring to me. There is more than one style to choose from, so I ordered the pages that guests fill out their name and write something about the bride and groom-how they knew us, favorite memory, advice/wishes for us, etc. These were great fun to read after the event and much more interesting than trying to decipher a signature. The cost is reasonable, although I do agree with Kathleen that the books themselves could be more interesting looking.
