Each visit was paid in full according to him before leaving his office. Once he received the insurance checks he had the nerve to bill me asking for payment within 5 days. ? They were thrilled to run up my bill since it was under an attorney's lien pending the accident lawsuit. The one in Manhattan was completely worthless and the one in Maryland, a bit better.
