What angels Casey and family have been this weekend. We broke down while heading up to Western North Carolina with relief supplies, hay and grain for hungry horses.. not only did they fix our truck over the weekend, but they brought us 40 minutes up the road to the rental car company so that we could carry on to judge a horse show in Alpharetta. I'll back that up I talked to to Sarah at Wills flat out told me didn't know how to do the job" it's an alternator "uhhh"and couldn't do it they had the truck for 5 days and today that's their answer, don't know how to repair it it's to much WOW, never never have I ever heard that from a mechanic, can't is not an option if you can't get out and find something else to do, But it's behind time to move on! read more

My sedan had a loose engine drip cover that was scraping really bad on the highway as I was driving from Jacksonville to Atlanta. Looked these guys up on Google Maps and they put me on a lift immediately and had me fixed up in less than 10 minutes for $20 total. Awesome service! read more

Wills automotive shop was one of the best experiences I have ever had a mechanic shop....the owners were some of the nicest people we have ever met.....they went above and beyond to help us get on the road traveling.....they are half price of a dealer and the parts were very affordable.....we were very well pleased with our service......thanks a million read more

BEWARE FLEECE WARNING.. DO NOT STOP if you're from out of town! Our family was vacationing in Florida from Michigan, on the way home the hose for the power steering broke and we had to be towed to the nearest shop. Mechanic was friendly and did a decent job replacing the part. We sat outside in chairs they provided watching them work, they did not have the part on hand so the car sat on the hoist until it could be delivered. We were there only a total of 2 hours, they spent about 30 minutes working on the car. My husband looked up the cost of the part while we were waiting.. $30. My husband went to pay when they were finished and left pale.. I could tell something was very wrong. They charged us $535.00 for $30 part and 30 minutes of work! We were charged for 6 hours, not 30 minutes. When we went to the owner to challenge the bill, he was very cocky, disrespectful and rude. He justified the rate saying he put 3 guys on it to help us get on the road faster bc he know our situation. Just a few days before that the engine died on the car and we had to pay over $6,000 to have that replaced on top of the additional cost to stay in Florida while the work was being done. They were aware of this and that did not stop the owner from charging as much as he possibly could. Our family was sitting there the entire time, there were moments he did have more than one working on it, but for the most of the time it was just sitting on the hoist...waiting for the part to arrive, and there was one main guy that did the work. He did not like me asking how in the world he could justify charging us so outrageously, got angry and flat out told me if I didn't like the price, he would take the part off and we could head on down the road. I told him, "Well, I guess I'm in the wrong business Sir." He said "You're right, it takes a lot of money to run a business." It was a total heart break and very upsetting to say the least. read more

Hope I have the right auto repair shop, because Will's Automotive was fantastic! As everyone was evacuating Florida with Hurricane Irma approaching, my daughter's car broke down. It was towed to Will's late that night, and the next morning they immediately inspected the car. They instantly took care of it, but my daughter continued her trek with fellow students evacuating together. I called from across the country and they were polite and professional. A few days later when my daughter returned to pick up her car, it was safe and ready. The best part was they didn't charge her! They could've easily taken advantage of us and ripped us off or gouged us with some exorbitant costs, but they didn't. They were honest and kind. Can't thank them enough!
