Communicating issues or questions is prompt both ways (us notifying them or them notifying us). The staff has been supportive of his growth and development & supportive of me as a mom as well! Our little guy is going to miss his favorites- Miss Cierra & Miss Monique when we move to Columbus. We are very sorry to say goodbye to our Park, Learn & Play family!

KFA in South Euclid needs to hire more staff. For them to offer transportation to and from school…read morebut not have a designated driver at all times and not be able to offer it on a consistent basis because of staff shortage is unacceptable. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!.. so that if someone calls off or doesn't show up you still have an adequate number of employees to fulfill the services. Other than that the daycare is fine. But the transportation lapse on any given day is super inconvenient especially when you have to be at work before the kids have to be @ school. That was one of the main reasons we chose this daycare because of them being able to take them to and from school and even drop them off at home if in close enough radius.
