Everything was so beautiful! She was so easy to work with and didn't have to buy into a package. We didn't want corsages or an arch so we could just order what we needed. Also we were able to buy a couple buckets of bulk flowers to use throughout our venue. We told her what we wanted, she provided a very fair price and were very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

A whole case of them. What's better than chocolates and flowers? You'll find a sweet selection, and many choices for the perfect gift for a loved one. Local artists featured as well. There was evidence that a kitty might hang out in the shop, or maybe a small dog? My daughter was excited for this, but didn't see the critter today. Can't wait to come back, as we have birthdays coming up!!

I'm extremely disappointed in the floral arrangement I received from Berry, which consisted of old, brown, and bruised lilies that were only suitable for disposal. I was offered a $20. I'm a California gal from Maine & when my college roommate passed from Alzheimer's I was hoping to have a wonderful fresh floral for her family to enjoy. Sadly this was not what happened.

So disappointed! Ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a friend in the local hospital. I…read morepicked out the arrangement I liked on the website. It was so colorful and cheerful. What they sent over was not at all what I wanted my friend to receive. I took this up with them and the excuse was that hospitals do not allow fragrant flowers. I am familiar with flowers and none of was pictured in the arrangement fell into this poor excuse. Matter of fact when I called them to verbally place the order, the woman said she had all the flowers pictured except the small spray of pink roses. They just didn't have the flowers and unfortunately used the hospital as their excuse. Even if that was to be true, wouldn't they have made that clear to me before ordering? The fact is that they took the money and sent over a very boring arrangement. When my friend sent me the pic I didn't have the heart to tell her that was not at all what I ordered for her. I will credit them with delivering right away but would not recommend them at all. Pretty much a 'switch and bait'. Really disappointed!! gave one star because I wasn't allowed to leave no stars.

But when I called Amy to explain the situation, she seemed perplexed as how to solve the problem and passed me on to her assistant. All I wanted was a UPS label so I could send the gift merrily on its way. Instead I was instructed to return the item before they could ship out a replacement. And it took 5 calls to accomplish that. Seriously? I've been in retail for many years and that just isn't how it's done. Making the customer satisfied should be paramount.
