They know that the each person is unique and treat them as such offering as many types of help as possible from Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders, Trauma to Sex and Love Addiction. Willow Place was the last treatment facility that I've attended and it really helped changed my view on the world. They gave me the structure that I wanted because I genuinely wanted to have relief from the life that I had lived prior to entering. I was not perfect and they didn't give up on me anyway, they were the first GROUP of people that I actually felt believed in me and I felt like cared if I made a difference in my own life or not. There are many negative things i can say about this company but i will stick to one topic today. This company has proved multiple times to be extremely unprofessional and caring more about an income than the clients. One staff member in particular, Amber, has continued to be disrespectful, inconsiderate, and childlike. Being a previous client at Willow Place for some time, I have continued to witness her rude comments to other clients as well as myself. It seems like there is a new client and Amber issue everyday at this treatment center. It can be quite distracting from the recovery process itself when there is constant conflict between staff and clients. However, Amber isn't the only staff member that has "run ins" with the clients daily. I'm looking at you Lisa! From not doing her own dishes in the kitchen, to blaming clients for the actions of Willow Place, to refusing to speak to clients about relevant issues, there has been a constant theme of unprofessionalism and bad communication skills across the board in the staff at Willow Place. I would also like to disclose that not all staff at Willow Place are completely horrible. But, as you all know, a few bad apple will rot the whole bunch. read more

Willow Place has been a great disappointment to me. Dixie Brown and Allison chambers have seriously disappointed me. I have come to realize that they have zero respect for their clients. Anything that will benefit Dixie in the easiest way possible, she will do, even if it is disrespectful to the clients and could affect their recovery. All they have to say to us is everything we are doing wrong and they never encourage us in anyway. They have such high expectations, but it is difficult for the clients to work up to those expectations because Dixie Brown is completely uninvolved with her clients and does "not have time" to sit in on a house meeting. The owner, Dixie Brown, is completely unprofessional. She is very sneaky and rips her clients off. Certain people pay a higher rent for the housing, while other people pay less. There is no reason why certain people pay less money, because these people can afford it. It's very unfortunate because I really do think the treatment team is great and the house managers are great. I do not recommend Willow Place. read more

This "treatment" facility is a joke. Along with sidewalk chalking and snack time, I was also tasked with drawing my "animal spirit" and decorating picnic benches, among other infantile activities. Willow Place also has poor accounting procedures in place (or maybe not) and tried to double-bill me for over a year and a half. I've been clean and sober for almost two years now, but the torturous three months I spent in this program did nothing to contribute to my success. read more
