Friendly since day 1, willing to work with me on billing as a college student. They also supply a student discount. There was a discrepancy with an inconsistency in their hours from their website and it put me in a jam one morning, but they sent me a very long and detailed apology message the following day. This shows that they care about the individual customer, which I can't say about a lot of places nowadays. Coming from Sandretto Hills, it's a NIGHT AND DAY difference. They were also very cooperative with me to fit me into a good trailer spot.

When I showed up to store my things, I was stopped by the foreman of the construction company that had the entire thoroughfare ripped up, and told that I could not enter. When I asked Elaine (the gal in the office) how they could do this without notifying customers. She replied "I have 300 units, and ther'es no way I can notify everybody". When I pointed out that my unit is paid for, but I cant access it, she replied..."we live in a capitalist society, what do you want me to do?" In other words, we got our $$$, you're just S.O.L.
