You end up getting only 5 minutes of real lesson time. The studio is well built and the acoustics are great. I'd suggest he stick to building studios and not give any lessons. Glen the guy that runs it is kind of creepy too. Great if you are looking to record there. Not great at all if you are looking for a guitar teacher.

He is never late and would frequently keep my lessons 15 minutes longer than it should be.
