If your expectations are appropriate, you'll be a-ok here. It's a small town, fairly old hotel that has probably not been updated since my mom's wardrobe was the height of fashion. But, hey, it did it's job. The breakfast is a little lacking, but will suffice if you just need something to fill your belly. I really like the special touches around-décor and napkin holder accessories that were likely made by a sweet grandma wanting to spruce up the place. In fact, that sweet grandma may be the same lady that was ensuring all the food was stocked and helping people get ice from the beastly machine. The rooms are pretty outdated, but clean enough. And surprisingly, the bed was rather comfortable. I'll bring my own toiletries since what they give you is pretty minimal. The door to the room stuck, so we had to slam it to close it all the way-sorry neighbors! For what it is, and what it's advertised to be, the Willow Creek Inn is just fine. read more

No frills, but clean and comfortable. I was lecturing at the University and this is where they booked me for an overnight stay. The place is not fancy a little bit out of date, but is nice condition and yet fairly clean. I'd recommend this is a good bang for your buck place! I have a free breakfast, but it's not much to talk about. I probably would not recommend eating there in the morning. read more

I've stayed here several times, but I won't be back after my last experience. My mom and I decided to stop here for the night while visiting a family member. In the morning as we were getting dressed and packing to leave, an employee walked into our room twice without knocking or announcing her presence. She just unlocked to door and opened it, much to our shock. She claimed that she was coming to "make sure we were still checking out at 11" but this was at 10am. It was very scary and disturbing. I'm glad we had the deadbolt locked while we were sleeping! read more

This has to be the best, if not the only, motel in Ephraim. But honestly, best is a relative term in this case. The place is decent, and modern. The WiFi sucked, I could connect but was i a room furthest from the main desk where I assume the wireless routers are. I had to move into the lobby to get decent speeds. There was also a sewing convention at the hotel, in the conference room, which was two doors away from my room. These ladies were up all night. I asked for a different room much further away but was told they were booked. The room wasn't very clean, at least for me. I'm noticing how much of a germaphobe I'm becoming in public places. I seriously almost took the blankets and pillows out to my truck to sleep. read more

This hotel was exactly as expected and as advertised: a no frills, clean, safe and convenient establishment. I've never had a more positive and quick check-in experience (7/7/21 around 3pm). The young lady (Emma?) was fantastic and was as efficient as she was friendly. They serve an excellent hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, cereal, etc.) and the woman handling the breakfast service was so incredibly kind and treated us like family. I took off one star due to the hot tub needing vacuuming/cleaning badly and our door (room 320) hung a bit so you really had to slam it for the door to shut. We felt bad for our neighbors regarding the jarring, loud noise every time we closed the door. That being said, all the important factors were on point and I'll definitely be staying again. read more

Willow Creek in Ephraim isn't the fanciest of places, but it works just fine. We reserved a king room with jacuzzi. The tub was actually in the main room, right next to the bed. That setup was a little, um, strange. The other issue is that the jets in the tub were loud, as in too loud to hear anything above them. We turned them off mainly because we were sure that anyone in rooms around or below us had to be majorly inconvenienced by the noise. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room clean. In the morning, the free continental breakfast was good. The waffle maker was a nice touch. Also, each staff member was very pleasant and helpful. One thing to note on the area-we are not LDS, but most of the town is. Just keep that in mind if you are there on a Sunday evening and looking for a place to eat. Chinese is your only option. read more

While all the spots in Manti were all booked up, there was plenty of room for some Kustom Kulture artists and the UFO's they floated in on. Everyone there was cool about the strange stuff we do and they even let me leave them with a little artwork. A few of the staff came down to the Rat Fink reunion to see what all this madness in a seemingly calm little town was all about. I dig this spot. Next time I'm out that way making crop circles I will stop in and draw more stuff for them. read more

For the price it is worth it. Staff is very nice! Beds are extremely......firm and the breakfast was not worth the Sysco can from which it was poured. However, there are not many choices in Ephraim. read more

The room for the most part was nice. The pillows were lumpy, old and random. Nothing matched. Some had standard size pillow cases on king size pillows. The second morning we woke up startled with a Phidippus audax ( Bold Jumper spider, a common spider in Utah during April) on my husband's arm! After a few swats, we got him! Didn't see any more after the first night. Bring your own lotion, as none is provided, surprising in a dry desert climate. Toilet paper is poor, truck stop quality. It had a jacuzzi hot tub that was great, but watch your bare feet when you get out ! There was a wood strip separating the tile from the carpet that had wood screws poking up about 1/4" that will rip the flesh off of your feet! There was a very friendly and knowledgeable woman that helped with the complimentary breakfast. (No fresh fruit) The front desk was managed poorly and with no greetings or smiles. She was very Unhelpful and unfriendly to put it kindly. No eye contact. Difficult to find. I was not able to find an iron nor the ironing board in the room so, I looked in the guest laundry room, no luck, I then inquired at the front desk. I was told there are no irons in the rooms and that I could come iron my clothing down there, or carry the ironing board and iron to my room on the third floor. Mind you, I am 60 years old and disabled, my service dog at my side while making the request! Needless to say, I had to send my husband down and he carries the iron and ironing board up to our room. We had missed out on cleaning the the second day. We had planned to stay 3 days. We ended up cutting our trip short due to the Willow Creek Inn's lack of willingness to give us the needed services. It was about 1: 15 pm and I let the front desk know we would be out and needed the room cleaned. We were told the maid service was gone for the day. I asked if we could have some toilet paper and clean towels. Instead of cooperating with my request. I was reminded that the maids were already gone home...seriously? I used my assertion at this point telling the front desk lady, a grouchy woman who had apparently had a very bad day, that I was at least going to need toilet paper and fresh towels. No apologies just, pushback...so I asked if we could be refunded out third day and we would depart. She actually said, "that would be great"! So, I felt like I was making her day! We departed with angst and frustration. I will never go back. I don't recommend this hotel. If I could give it a lower star...I would. read more

Room was clean and comfortable. The biggest problem was parking. Also, the bathroom sink didn't drain well. Security is obviously a concern. All outside doors lock when you go out. You have to use your room key to open the doors to get back in. This is a real nuisance when carrying luggage in and out. No microwave or fridge in the room. The room wasn't clean when I got here. Floor not vacuumed, food still on the counter. No room to eat on the table, arguing for space with the TV and the microwave. Likewise for the laptop. The security lock on the door is busted. The soda machine on the second floor takes coins only, and likes to reject coins. I was charged an extra $50 security deposit, because I aid with cash. Which for me is a surprise, and I have traveled a lot and paid with cash often. Just saying this is a first. And with the extent of what is wrong here, I'm uncertain if I will get my $50 back. I would recommend this hotel. They were busy when I was checking in, I'm guessing because of pageant. Reagan is normally the one that helps me and she is great but this time she was helping a big group so I went to the other lady. Her name was Melissa I think. She was really nice. She told us about a chocolate strawberry place in Manti and we loved them! You could tell that she has worked there a long time and knew exactly how to help us. Check in went smoothly. My room was clean and they have new shampoo and conditioner now that my wife loved. I was happy to see that change. Over all this hotel is nice. We do like staying when it isn't as busy though! read more

We booked 7 rooms for this weekend for a family wedding. We had a great time. The breakfast was good. The location is good. The staff was efficient and friendly. This is a really decent hotel in a tiny town in rural Utah. It is not the worst we have stayed in by far. No one in our group had any complaints at all and we had a lovely family weekend here. If we ever have an occasion to be here again, we'll book here again. read more
