The staff here are so friendly. The sweet receptionist got me all check in and gave me my proper paperwork to fill out. I only waited a couple minutes before Ashley Cafferty greeted me and walked me back to my exam room. Ashley and I went through my medical history, my transplant timeline and my relationship with the sun. I appreciate that she took in everything that I was throwing at her. She didn't rush me and everything that I had to tell her. Her attention was truly undivided. Ashley did a thorough exam of my skin. She checked every mole to make sure they weren't suspicious for anything concerning. We also went through my dry skin concerns and possible treatment options to help alleviate some of the dryness. It is quite the awkward situation, having someone you just barely met go through every inch of your body but Ashley made me feel comfortable the whole time. I couldn't be happier coming to this office to get my relationship with a dermatologist started. The staff is great. The office itself is stunning. The room I was in was clean and professional. I asked if I could please speak to a manager and she refused, telling me that she would tell me the same thing. Where on Earth does front desk staff have the right to refuse a customer to speak to a manager. It isn't even about the money, these places won't provide cost over the phone bc they want the opportunity to upsell the product. If that wasn't the case they would be able to provide a range from most economic cost to more expensive costs based on past cases. Absolutely ridiculous. About a year or so ago I met Allison Reynolds and she has changed my life! I learned she is a P.A. so she was extremely knowledgeable and had a medical answer for every question I had asked and especially regarding the skin care needs of women. She took a look at my skin after getting Botox and suggested microneedling. I had never heard of this procedure but I thought "oh boy here we go again". I loved her personality so much I thought well why not give it a try? The price was very affordable and she did an excellent job on my Botox so I trusted her. I noticed a HUGE difference after just one treatment! I wanted to cry! I just had my third treatment, there is essentially no down time, it's far less expensive than any other procedure I've tried and for me essentially pain free! My scars are nearly gone now and I recommend this procedure to everyone even if you don't have scars. It tightens your skin, takes away stretch marhave seen before and after photos of her own stretch marks and they too are essentially gone! I did my research beforehand and saw some very scary photos and I was apprehensive but I am so glad I was in the right hands. I can't say enough great things about this spa. If I could give Om Spa TEN STARS I certainly would!! These photos were right after Micro-needling (and the little dots are Botox, I bruise super easily), it just kind of looks like a sunburn and you can put mineral makeup over it if you need to. She had me put on a scrub skirt under my arms. She said don't bother taking my jewelry off. She started quickly applying product after product, not one explanation was offered. After the third time asking, I gave up. Oh and I removed my jewelry after she smothered it in product. After the facial was finished, they sent me back into the timeshare room again to the 'closer'. I appreciate the good deal, but you get what you pay for. I would have rather paid for a proper facial and paid more.
