Willow Beach Campground was one of the best camping experiences I've ever had. We stayed for 2 nights at the tent sites, and everything was so convenient. You're allowed to have up to 2 tents per site, parking is literally just steps away, and the bathrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained. I also loved how easy the online booking process was. Unfortunately, when booking, we had to reserve 2 separate sites and couldn't get them next to each other for both nights. I was worried about it, but when we checked in, the ladies at the office were so kind and worked their magic to keep our family together the entire stay. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. Willow Beach is perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating. If you're planning to swim with little kids, this probably isn't the best spot -- I'd recommend making the quick 10-minute drive to Lake Mead instead. This campground books up pretty fast, so definitely plan ahead. One great thing is that Willow Beach has a store and restaurant on site, so if you forget supplies or want something fresh to eat, you're covered. My family and I absolutely loved camping here. We had a campfire every night and went on peaceful walks around the campground after dark. It was beautiful, relaxing, and surprisingly quiet at night. I'd definitely recommend staying here. I probably wouldn't tent camp here during the summer heat, but staying in an RV with AC would be perfect! read more

Camping here was beautiful! When you first arrive you check-in at the store that is located at Willow Beach Harbor. There are tent camping spots as well as RV spots. The Harbor has places to rent items for water activities on the river. There are food and drink items to purchase as well if you need any last minute things. After you check in they will tell you where to go to head to the campsite. Check in is after 2pm. It does get pretty warm here in the summer so make sure to bring sunscreen! The campsites have a picnic table and fire pit. Some of the campsites are up a bit of stairs so be aware of that when booking if you aren't fond of carrying all your supplies up stairs. You cannot park your car in the actual tent sites. There are parking spots labeled with the campsite numbers available nearby for you to park your car. There is also a bathroom, showers, and laundry facility. So there is everything you need! It made for a very comfortable camping trip! It was pretty quiet most of the time. Although, we did have a skunk visit our campsite a few times in the middle of the night looking for food. But other than that, nothing out of the normal. There is no service around the Willow Beach area. The campsite does offer wifi for one device with your campsite reservation. If you want to add multiple devices, you can do so for an extra cost. This campground is beyond gorgeous! The sites are well maintained, large and all have an amazing view. The restrooms, showers and laundry are well kept and clean. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. We tried to add a day, but it was booked, therefore we will be back again, very soon. So much fun to go into their little store and look around at the marina, and the river access is convenient. We fished (didn't catch anything) but had a blast. Seriously can't wait to go back and enjoy very soon! read more

This is an absolutely beautiful location that is clean and well taken care of. It costs about 25.00 dollars for parking (you can park here for up to 7 days). This place is about an hr. away from Laughlin and is well worth traveling too. My husband and I visited this destination to kayak Lake Mead in order to reach the famous Emerald Cove and hot springs in Az. What a magnificent experience being able to visit here, we highly recommend visiting here at least once in your lifetime. This beach has tables to sit (with shade) and has an area where you can swim. The water is cold but the hot sun will make it tolerable. In addition, there are other activities such as campgrounds, boating areas, a little restaurant and a store area to buy food. The prices /tax are Az so if you are coming from California you will really find it hard not to buy everything you see at the store. This is a great place for families to have a great time while enjoying the outdoors. We will definitely be back soon!!! read more

I've stayed here twice now. Campsites are meticulously cleaned, and groomed between bathrooms are nice they give you shower cards to access to showers that are free and unlimited. They do have Wi-Fi. My only complaint was that during this trip, my shower card wouldn't work, they didn't activate it. Camp host fixed it. also had issues with the Wi-Fi and had to go get a new Wi-Fi code from the office.there's absolutely no cell reception or shade. read more

This campground is so beautiful and if you forget anything you're right around the corner from the general store and they also rent kayaks canoes and paddle boards and motor boats there. There are spots you can fish and swim. The campgrounds have modern clean bathrooms and tents and RVs are not right next to each other. At night you will see shooting stars. Campsites are less than 40 dollars. Store employees are very nice. Water is very clear. I can't recommend this place enough, check out the pics! read more

Love this campground! Looks over to the water, smaller RV park, and great hosts! It has been getting quite the name and tends to get booked quickly, so when there is an opening we try to get it. You can walk to the beach, to restaurants, and to the pier. We do like that they take care of the park so it's really clean and a great landscape. The tent sites here are terrible. You park in a parking site and then walk in to sites, many elevated with many stairs. You cannot sleep in your vehicle at tent sites due to shared parking area. Outside of the tent site issues, this is a very nice, serene, clean, well run campground. The RV sites are well laid out and nicely landscaped The campground is up the hill above the marina, affording beautiful views. Wifi is faster than my home wifi. Clean bathroom and warm showers. Marina store is well equipped and sells ice. There is also a burger stand at the marina. A gem. read more

Needed to get away and decided to come here since it is such a short drive from Las Vegas. The camp ground is well maintained with running water, clean well lit and heated restrooms WINNER!! And it also has showers and laundry rooms BONUS!! There are only a few tent sites at this location which are fairly close together. So don't expect much privacy. E4 is probably the best tent site since it's the most secluded. However for RVs there are tons of well kept spaces. The views of the mountains are gorgeous and just down the hill is the river. Lots of wildlife around the campground as well. There is a store at the bottom of the hill where you check in. You can also rent boats/kayaks and purchase wood ($6) ice ($6) and pretty much anything you may need for camping & fishing. I only stayed 2 nights but I do plan on returning! My husband and I just stayed here last week. What a wonderful and beautiful place! We stayed in space B2, which had a nice view of the mountains and overlooked the RV park. It is directly by the restrooms and showers, and garbage bins were an easy walk away. The camp host is also nearby in A1. We went to Willow Beach to try some fishing, and another day we rented a skiff boat for the day and explored the lake. We booked a return trip while we were there, as we want to stay here again. NOTE: You check-in for your RV reservation at the store by the lake where you rent boats and kayaks at, and you can purchase all kinds of items at the store. (shirts, water shoes, souvenirs, firewood, beer, soda, RV supplies, ice, Dramamine, etc.) After check-in, you drive up a hill to the RV campground. Very friendly staff working here!! The RV campground has tent sites available, and the RV sites have full hookups. They only allow ONE person per site for the internet, so we paid approx $15 more online so I can use my cell phone while staying here. It is beautiful and serene there. You will love it! read more

Willow beach is just south of Boulder City and Near the Hoover dam. We got this site and I was not disappointed. Close to marina , has guided kayak tours up to the caves. Great wildlife such as Quail, Mt sheep, grouse ect. Flat great spots for camping with hookups sewer and 50 ect. read more
