Homebase is in the Treliske retail park next to the Royal Cornwall Hospital and has a large car…read morepark outside. However this car park fills very quickly at peak times so I would recommend getting there early. The store itself is quite large with a balcony above the shop floor where there is a Moban shop. There is also and enclosed plant section on the side of Homebase. The staff are usually quite helpful and the prices are quite average. If you are doing up your house I would recommend looking in Homebase to buy your materials as they do have a lot of DIY goods.

If you can't find what you need on first look then feel free to ask them as they will probably have it hidden on one of the shelves, but if they don't then they'll be more than willing to order it in for you. This hardware store also offers an invaluable service of key cutting and can do it whilst you wait for a very reasonable price (better the other branches in Plymouth that I've found). The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help you with anything they can!!

We called around the places we had been, and the manager of the B&Q reviewed the security tapes, and told us that we had the purse when we left B&Q, allowing us to limit the places we could have lost it, and helping us track it down! Garden centre the best I have ever seen, no dead plants as is normal at B&Q, full of colour and massive selection. Had a problem with some gravel that was sorted out by your man called Jake, a credit to you, please pass to the store manager wish all B&Q were like this store!!

The store mainly has building supplies at what seem to be quite reasonable prices. The staff seem to be fairly knowledgeable about the shop and were helpful in finding anything that I could not find. The shop never seems to get very busy so it is easier to find what you are looking for in camparision with other DIY and building suppliers in the area. Whickes are always worth a look if you are doing any building work.
