I contacted the salon and was offered a redo with a senior stylist the following Tuesday. I later requested a refund instead, since my hair now needed major correction, but was told the redo would be free. At my appointment, the senior stylist did her part by fixing the color. However, at the end--after multiple bowls of product and no prior pricing discussion--the manager informed me I owed an additional $300. This directly contradicted what I was told earlier about the service being free. Instead of honoring the original $200 or making the correction right, I ended up paying for the initial mistake plus more on top. There was no upfront communication about added costs, which is unacceptable. The senior stylist was professional and did manage to make it back to the original color, but the management and billing practices were misleading and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Parking is easy, the lobby is spartan but nice enough as a waiting area, and they do keep to within 20 minutes of their appointment schedule. The ophthalmologist we deal with is the wonderfully named Dr. Relief Jones. He's remarkably knowledgeable, willing to explain complex issues, and does NOT push you towards drugs or surgery while conditions are still manageable with supplements or corrective lenses. I appreciated that she was also conscious of my budget and didn't push me to buy a whole new skin care set but suggested certain items I can eventually swap for in my current routine when I'm ready. It was also my first time doing micro-needling. Bria is very experienced, she makes it such a relaxing and fun experience. I also got to meet Amaya who helps film for social media, she was very kind, and being in a room together made my spa day feel like a fun girls day more than just a micro-needling session. Terrible management and customer service--photos speak for themselves…read more While the nurse practitioner who treated me was pleasant and apologetic, my experience with the management and customer service at The Injection Room was unacceptable. I came in for Botox and Sculptra, spending $2,000. During the treatment for my crow's feet, a vein was hit, resulting in a severe, spreading black eye. I have been receiving Botox regularly for 13 years and have never experienced bruising anywhere near this level. The swelling and discoloration were so intense that I had to proactively explain what happened to colleagues at work because it looked like I had suffered a traumatic injury. What made this situation truly awful was the response from management. It took days to even receive a call back. When management finally addressed the issue, they refused any type of refund or meaningful accommodation on the $2,000 spent, simply pointing out that I had signed a release form and claiming that bruising is normal. In my opinion, brushing off this severity of bruising as "normal" shows complete disregard for client care once they have your money. Nice practitioner, but zero customer support or accountability from leadership when things go wrong. If you look at the attached photo and think that is an acceptable result for $2,000, book here. I will never return.
