Was excited to try this place out and redeem this $225 off on a syringe of filler. When I told them I was gonna book for my under eyes they told me it's for lips only. It doesn't say that on the site or on this coupon it says syringe, doesn't designate an area exclusively. I've had my lips, chin and cheeks done before and I know what areas take diff fillers based on the thickness, i think this place is just being greedy and not wanting to give me discount, which is sad cause it's the holiday season. She explained how they administer certain fillers and she highly recommended sculptra which is definitely an investment but completely worth it. I had both treatments done and I love how my skin looks. Fresh and glowy and youthful and it'll only get better with time. Before reviewing let me say they told me they don't refund bad work and all sales are final!! Not the way to build a happy customer base I would have went back for more services if any part of this service had felt like it had worked!!! I had services on 10/04/23 I have waited to review because I was hoping they would do the right thing. I went in because I have a very special party coming up and wanted to look my best, was asked what was the thing that bothered me most, want the lines on upper lip to be filled I explained my neck bothers me, but I knew I could not afford to address it right then. My injectionist Heather, told me she should inject my cheeks in order to lift my lines in lips and lift my neck! Well 2900.00 dollars later I left and before night I had a horrible earache and headache on left side, it felt like fever was in my cheek so I took Tylenol and went to bed early. I was told I'd have discomfort but by the weekend it wasn't any better and my jaw was all numb ever the bones felt like no feelings in them. I tried calling the number on the paperwork Heather gave me with her cell number, but it wasn't working! After several days the fever was gone but I kept having earaches and my whole jaw was numb. I went back for follow up. I also noticed my left cheek was much higher than the right! Heather told me she put to much filler in left side, and may have hit a nerve which might be why I was numb! Long story short, I tried talking to Megan the owner cause I paid them 2900.00 and feel like I got nothing in return, almost a month later they won't talk to me cause I mentioned I spoke to lawyer to see what options are! I want a refund, or my lip fixed, I see no difference! I've tried getting Megan to call me she will not and I can still see a lump of filler in left cheek! They did offer to take filler out but then my 2900 goes completely down the drain! And I'm not sure I want anything else done to my cheek with it still being numb down to my chin. Please don't let yourself be talked into anything I think it's all about money with them! Heather was cute but danced around and told me how great it was going to be and I've cried many tears over this and I'm very concerned about paralysis in my left side of my face so please beware!! I can not say enough good things about Willow Aesthetics. I have been seeing Megan for going on 7 years and she is simply the best at what she does. I just had a laser pigment removal session with her and am so excited to see my results unfold. She is so thorough when it comes to the services she provides that I know I'm in great hands. She also helps when it comes to choosing the right treatment plan to address your needs. She is transparent and explains why most services are not a one and done treatment which I really appreciate because it helps to manage expectations and to budget for what is needed both financially and preparation wise.
