3 strikes...
1) I scheduled an appointment nearly a month in advance, but when I got there, nobody had any idea who I was or what I was there for.
2) The receptionist (older lady with short grey hair / the same person I scheduled my appointment with over the phone 3 1/2+ weeks earlier) was the rudest, most condescending & confrontational person I think I've ever encountered. My existence / presence was appearantly a major inconvenience to her & clearly ruined her day.
3) They lied & tried to scam me out of money. They told me the evap. code was caused by a broken / cracked filler neck (believable) & would need to be replaced at a cost of $800+ .....I immediately knew that price was the greedy, I don't like you, price gouge. I declined the repair, paid $212 for the diagnosis, drove to the gas station down the road, crawled under the truck to have a look at the "broken / cracked" filler neck & discovered no breaks or cracks, only the hose clamp at the top of the hose was loose. I grabbed a screwdriver from my toolbox, slid the hose firmly & squarely into place, tightened the clamp & got back on the road to Mandaree. And now here I am back in Williston, 7 hours & approximately 250 miles later, the evap. code is gone & the $800 they tried to scam me out of, still in my pocket.
