Just OK. The store itself is a nice size and fairly well…read moremaintained. Clothes were well organized and easy to find. Stuff was actually marked well price wise, too, which isn't always the case since their sales seem to change so often. However, this location needs some help staffing wise. One time I was there I had to search for someone to help me out. Like I walked through and saw no sales associate. She was in the dressing room helping someone, but it seems crazy there was no one in the main store. Another time I shopped there I got a lot of attitude from the sales associate. I didn't think I was asking outlandish questions, but you would have thought I was asking her for a million dollars and to help me tow an elephant because anything I asked got a snarky or very short response. (and it was questions like "do you know if you have any sales coming up" and "can you check to see if this can be ordered in a different size" The one other down side is that their prices seem to have gone up dramatically. Never shop there when there isn't a sale because their clothes aren't worth the full price they are marked at.

This specific store is in the Westmoreland Mall. I usually purchase shoes online, but sometimes I shop at Shoe Dept. in person. During my recent visit, I looked throughout the entire store but mostly at women's shoes. The shelves were fully stocked, and shoes were available in various sizes and in some nice styles. I liked some of the brands such as Skechers, although the prices for those sneakers ranged from $65-75 dollars, which is alright but not as low as what I can find in online stores.

I'm shocked this place doesnt have any reviews yet…read more Obviously, I am not a man and do not shop here. My boyfriend, however, comes in here multiple times throughout the year and I accompany him. The main reason he chooses to shop here is because of the quality of their clothes. For an 'XL' man who enjoys working with his hands in his spare time, this place offers him shirts that last through years of laundry washes and jean's that don't rip when he kneels or bends. DXL does tend to be on the pricey side, but to counteract their prices they send out lots of coupons for their rewards members. He has received coupons before his Birthday and Christmas, that I know of, as well as other standard coupons that are sent to all of their rewards members throughout the year. A lot of people think this place sells dress clothes only, but they're wrong. They have sports apparel, graphic tees, jean's of all fits, accessories, dress shoes and sneakers, and even their own fragrance Zephyrwood cologne/candle/air freshener/lotion. This is just to name a few. The employees at this particular location are quite knowledgeable about the apparel they sell. I have heard them discuss the differences between different types of jean's materials, watched them help a customer build a suit for a night out, and even give tips about what they think looks best together. They're great assets to the store. 5 stars.
