Stopped by here on a drive with my SIL. This is the nearest place you can purchase beer, liquor and wine heading west out of Crossett. I always knew this place as Willie's Oasis in the Woods and that title is correct - it is in the no-man's land between the Ouachita bridge and Strong. I was pleasantly surprised that this place had not changed much. Pretty good selection of beers, wine and liquor. You can either "drive-thru" or go inside. Prices are a little higher than what you would pay in Monroe, as you are in the middle of nowhere and closest to a dry county (Ashley). read more

This place is in the middle of the woods and not close to anything. It has a nice selection thats sure to get you a DWI or make you call an EX. Willies prices are a bit high but it is in the middle of now where. read more
