I dropped my phone off to be repaired on 9/27/16 during my lunch, there was only two small cracks…read morein the screen other than that it was in perfect working order. All I wanted was the glass face repaired so I could turn the phone into T-Mobile. I was told at that time that they had the screen and it would take about an hour. When I went to pick the phone up after work the technician told me that they did not have the correct face but it was on order and he had already taken the phone apart. I said that was fine and that I just need to have the phone back by Thursday evening. When I spoke to the same technician on Thursday afternoon he said he was waiting on the part and it would be there anytime. I told him that I would be there after work to pick it up. When I got there, there was a sign in the window saying the AC was broken and he had closed the store. I called Friday morning to get the phone and he said that the part was still not there. By Friday afternoon I called and he said they still did not have the part and I told the technician to put the phone together and I would take it somewhere else. I picked up the phone Friday evening. When I took the phone to another cell repair place the next morning, they opened the phone and found that the main speaker was missing from the phone and another part that was ripped and only part of it was there. I gave them the name and phone number of the previous technician, Comptech PC and told them I would go collect the missing parts because I did not want to have to pay another $159 for the missing ones. They contacted Comptech PC and explained the situation to the owner and he proceeded to hang up on them. I also tried to contact him and was hung up on. I then went to the store with a police officer in tow and demanded my parts. The owner called me a liar and that I just want money, to which I responded several times "I do not want money. all I want is the parts that were removed from my phone." He then got the technician on the phone who denied all wrong doing. The owner said I had probably taken the parts myself. I left with no parts in had, even the police officer was shocked at the way the owner treated me. I could sue them but I am not going to waste more time and money on these people of questionable business practices. I would never use them again and would suggest others heed my warning.
