You can see how lumber is made, and imagine how the machines and equipment helped to build homes and industry in America. My partner could see similarities with her own grandparents' experience (washing, the cooking and stove, the construction). Even the gift store had very well curated things to by that were reflective of the life and times represented by the museum and the state park. An additional bonus, was a walk down to a beautiful river with clear water! I could come again and again!
